Hi friends- It's been a while!!
I'm posting this recording as a taste for anyone who's new to me or to DharmaPunx and is thinking about joining us for the Labor Day retreat at Garrison Institute. I always find it helpful to get a sense of a teacher by listening to a recording or two. This one in particular is a theme I've been working with as I've been preparing for the retreat.
