lundi 18 mai 2026 • Durée 13:34
Twenty years with Will. Nineteen years married. And after we watched Wuthering Heights this week, I realized the one habit that's kept us this in love is the exact thing wrecking your love life right now.
In this episode, Will and I unpack why so many women lose connections they could have kept, the "safer" route that's actually the most dangerous thing you can do, and the one habit you have to start practicing today if you want a forever love.
Could you be Wuthering Heights-ing your love life without even knowing it? Hit play.
SHOW NOTES
00:00 — Will is back(with braces) and we just walked out of Wuthering Heights with thoughts
01:30 — The exactpattern wrecking your love life right now (a 19th century novel saw it coming)
03:30 — Why stayingsilent feels "safer" and why it's actually the most dangerous thingyou can do
05:00 — The"I'm not good enough" lie that's keeping you from your person
06:30 — The jokethat sums up every almost-love story I've ever heard
07:00 — Theearly-dating moment with Will that could have ended us before we started
09:00 — The onehabit Will and I have refused to stop doing for 20 years
11:00 — Whyemotionally intelligent men are NOT a rare breed (and where to find them)
12:30 — Could you bemaking the biggest mistake of your life right now without even knowing it?
When is it too soon to have sex? If you're asking the question, the answer is probably yes.
In this episode, I'm getting real about why rushing into bed is clouding your judgment, costing you clarity, and keeping you stuck in situationships with men who were never going to commit anyway.
I'm sharing the exact moment I took sex off the table, why my husband Will was perfectly happy to wait, and the mindset shift that will change how you show up in dating forever.
(00:00) Why I'm showing up for this one (cold and all)
(00:45) The pattern that had me leading with the physical for years
(02:00) Why sex instantly clouds your judgment and puts on the blinders
(03:00) If you're asking "is it too soon?" here's your real answer
(04:30) Why being on your own is keeping you stuck in the same cycle
(05:30) If he leaves because you won't rush, he's NOT your person
(06:45) How Will reacted when I took sex off the table
(07:30) Who is he to have access to YOU?
(09:00) The mistake I made early on with Will (yes, even me)
(11:30) Why this advice is timeless (apps don't change a thing)
(12:30) The whisper within you that already knows the truth
Because here's the thing — not everyone gets access to you. Your time, your energy, your body, every single part of you is precious. And the right man? He'll wait. He'll match your pace. He'll earn it.
It's time to slow down, raise your standards, and remember the woman you actually are.
What Men Really Want on the First Date (it’s not what you think)
lundi 4 mai 2026 • Durée 05:41
Think all men just want sex on the first date? Think again, babe.
New Hinge data just dropped and 65% of men actually want deep, meaningful conversations on date one. Yes, you read that right. And this changes EVERYTHING about how you've been showing up.
In this episode, I'm spilling the tea on what men really want when you sit across from them for the first time — and why your dates have been feeling boring AF. Spoiler alert: it might be you, boo. But don't worry, I'm not here to shame you. I'm here to wake you up.
(00:00) The Hinge data that's about to change how you date forever
(00:30) Why 65% of men actually want THIS on date one
(01:05) The "walking on eggshells" trap costing you your person
(01:30) What it really means when your date feels painfully boring
(02:00) The 2 reasons you're not having real conversations
(02:45) Are you actually emotionally available? The honest truth
(03:20) When it's HIM, not you, and how to spot it fast
(04:00) The "all men just want sex" lie I refuse to let you believe
(04:35) Why I'll always defend men (and what most coaches won't tell you)
(05:10) My 45th birthday message to you
If you've been telling yourself "all men just want one thing," this episode is your wake-up call. Your person is out there craving real connection — but he can't find you if you're hiding behind small talk.
It's time to stop playing it safe and start dating like the woman who's ready to meet her forever partner.
So you've seen the TikToks. "Men have given up on dating." "80% of guys don't even want to try anymore." "Men stopped leading." And every time you watch one, a little piece of your faith dies.
Here's the truth nobody's telling you. That narrative is not your story. And I'm about to prove it.
In this episode, I'm naming exactly what's happening in the dating conversation in 2026, why your algorithm is convincing you there's no one left, and what your person is actually doing right now while you're doom-scrolling.
Spoiler: he's not quitting. He's waiting.
Key moments:
(00:01) The TikTok trend my clients keep sending me

You Haven't Even Met Him: The Pre-Date Anxiety Sabotaging Your Love Life

You Haven't Even Met Him: The Pre-Date Anxiety Sabotaging Your Love Life
He took too long to respond. He rescheduled. He didn't "lock things down" fast enough.
And just like that — you've decided he's a douche.
Sis. You haven't even met him.
The Bye-Bye Queen herself is telling you to pump the brakes. Because the spiral you're in before the first date? That's not intuition. That's anxiety wearing a costume. And it's costing you the man you've been praying for.
Key moments:
(00:51) The pattern I'm seeing with ALL my clients
(02:19) What a grounded woman does instead
(03:18) When the problem isn't him — it's you
(03:51) The voice memo script that changes everything
The line to sit with:
"When you're not tolerating a human, real experience — that's the problem. Not him. You."

Inside the Manosphere Review: Every Woman Needs to Watch This (Dating Coach Reacts)
lundi 13 avril 2026 • Durée 22:21
I just watched Inside the Manosphere on Netflix by Louis Theroux. It's disturbing. It's gross. And every woman needs to see it.
I'm all about empowering women, but I also love men. I'm not a man hater. I believe in finding your person and being teammates.
But this documentary shows millions of men following influencers who are openly against women. Who shame them. Who believe women shouldn't have rights.
Knowledge is power. You need to know what's out there.
Harrison Sullivan (HS Tiki Taki)
Promotes pornography and OnlyFans—but would disown his daughter if she ever did OnlyFans. Homophobic. Wants to marry a virgin while recording himself getting sexual favors from random women.
Teenagers LOVE him. His content goes viral for violence and hate. Terrifying.
Myron Gaines
Believes women shouldn't vote. Practices one-sided monogamy—he sleeps around, his girlfriend stays faithful.
His girlfriend Angie was on the documentary. Girl, KNOW YOUR WORTH.
He has a podcast where he shames women publicly. Thank God she left him.
Justin Waller
Openly sleeps with other women. His girlfriend Kristen left her job, is pregnant, and they're not legally married. She has no protection.
She tolerates it because her ex LIED about cheating. At least this guy is honest.
Ladies. THESE ARE NOT YOUR ONLY OPTIONS.
There's another door: A man obsessed with YOU. Who only has eyes for you. Who's your teammate. That door exists.
Age of Attraction Review: Does Age Really Matter in Love? (A Dating Coach Reacts)
lundi 6 avril 2026 • Durée 21:24
Age of Attraction Review – Does Age Really Matter in Love?
Let's talk about Age of Attraction. Honestly? I was on the fence.
I've always believed age doesn't matter—my grandmother was 20 years younger than my grandfather. What matters is emotional maturity and alignment.
But when I started watching? I almost turned it off. Then I kept going. And I actually ended up loving it.
Love is Blind has been SO disappointing lately. This show? Quality people. Real connections. And that's why I had to share it.
Teresa (54) & John (27) – My Favorite Couple
27-year age difference. Her SON is older than the guy she's dating.
And I don't care. When you see them together, it makes sense.
John is more emotionally intelligent than guys on other dating shows who are way older. And let's talk about the double standard—older man with younger woman? Accepted. Older woman with younger man? Scandal. Bullshit.
They're still together. I'm here for it.
Jorge (60) & Vanell (27) – Did NOT Sit Well With Me
33-year age difference. The age wasn't the problem—the way he spoke to her was GROSS. Condescending. Judgmental. Talking to her like his daughter.
I was so happy she ended it.
Libby (22) & Andrew (38) – They Won Me Over
At first I was like... ew. She seemed SO young. But as the show went on, Libby became vulnerable. They emotionally connected.
She Dumped Him 3 Times Before He Proposed: Britney's C.R.A.Z.Y. Love Story (Part 2)

She Dumped Him Three Times Before He Proposed – Britney's C.R.A.Z.Y. Love Story (Part 2)
Okay, this is where Britney's story gets WILD.
In Part 1, you heard how Britney went from skeptic to believer—35, heartbroken, repeating the same patterns, until she finally invested in herself and her love life.
Now? Let me tell you how she almost sabotaged the whole damn thing.
She met Matt on Catholic Match. Immediate connection. Hours of deep phone calls. Check, check, check on the list. Everything she'd been praying for.
And then she dumped him.
Not once. Not twice. THREE TIMES.
Here's what went down:
She canceled their first date the DAY BEFORE—because he didn't plan it fast enough.
She sent him a 6am breakup voice note on a Monday morning telling him they should stop talking.
She told him to go work on himself and come back when he was ready.
This man is a former Navy SEAL. And every single time Britney pushed him away, he said: "Okay. I'll work on it."
He read the attachment book she recommended. He did the inner work. He kept showing up.
Meanwhile, I had to get my husband Will on a call to tell her: "Men are dumb. Spell it out."
And her mom? Sitting in an Uber, watching Britney spiral, finally said: "Oh for crying out loud, just go on the date with the guy!"
So she did.
They met in person for the FIRST time in mid-January. He proposed on February 7th—the SECOND time they ever saw each other face to face.
What we cover in Part 2:
The full tea on how Britney met Matt (and nearly destroyed it)
From Skeptic to Engaged in 8 Months: Britney's C.R.A.Z.Y. Love Story (Part 1)
lundi 23 mars 2026 • Durée 26:14
I have Britney on the podcast today and I literally cannot contain myself.
When she first came into my world, she was 35, in law school, drowning in debt, and repeating the same pattern—falling for emotionally unavailable men. She'd just ended a "friendship" with an avoidant that broke her heart even though they were never officially together.
Sound familiar?
She heard about me through Leven's success story and thought, "Dating coach? What even is that?" She pictured some Hitch-style tricks and moves. But when we got on the phone, something shifted.
I told her: "Look at how much you're investing in your career. You study, you work at it every day. But you won't invest that same energy into finding your life partner?"
That stuck with her. A year later, she signed up.
What we cover in Part 1:
Why Britney kept attracting avoidants and how she finally broke the cycle
The limiting beliefs that were blocking her from receiving love
Why "just having faith" isn't enough—you need specific shifts in your mindset
The power of being coachable and willing to be called out
Trusting the list (even when your feelings try to take over)
How Britney went from "it's never going to happen for me" to engaged in 8 months
Britney signed up for my coaching program on June 7th. She was engaged by February 7th.
This is what's possible when you stop going with the flow and start getting intentional.
Love is Blind Ohio Reunion Recap: The Men Were a Shit Show
lundi 16 mars 2026 • Durée 33:22
The Love is Blind Ohio reunion is out and it did NOT disappoint. Let me break down everything that went down.
Alex – The Grossest Human on This Show
I officially hate Alex more than Chris. That's saying something.
He had the audacity to say Ashley "hasn't healed from her past relationships" and that's why she was asking so many questions. What a gaslighter.
Wrong, Alex. Ashley learned from her mistakes. She's not putting blinders on anymore. The fact that he had a problem with questions? It's because he's a lying sack of shit.
I loved when Nick Lachey asked him about his soccer analogy and he got stumped. "We're tied 3-3." I cannot with this man.
Ashley admitted she woke up that morning, wrote out her speech, and got in that wedding dress knowing exactly what she was going to do. I still wish she'd left sooner—but Alex deserved every word.
Jordan & Amber – I Called It
Surprise, surprise. They're done.
Jordan went back to his real life—living near the bars, partying with friends, expecting Amber to drive 45 minutes to see HIM every weekend. Meanwhile she's a single mom killing it in her career.
45 minutes. That's it. And he couldn't show up for her.
Distance is not the issue. The person is the issue. Jordan is a man-child who wanted to drink with his boys. Bye bye.
Vic & Christine – The Standard
I love them. Vic said "I can't see you, but I see you" and I got goosebumps.
This is what exists. Emotionally mature, soulful, faith-centered men who cherish their partners. My husband Will is like this. These men are out there—don't let this season make you lose faith.
Why she kept pushing him away and how she finally surrendered
The difference between intuition and fear—and how to know which is talking
How Matt responded to every challenge with patience and pursuit
Why you don't have to be "fully healed" to find love
The moment she knew he was the one
The proposal story that will make you CRY
This is proof that your person is out there—even when you're messy, even when you're scared, even when you cancel the date the day before and send a 6am breakup voice note.
He still proposed.
Ready to stop getting in your own way and find your person?
Devonta showed up ENGAGED. To someone else. And they're having a baby.
The same man who told Brittany he "wasn't ready for marriage."
And Brittany is still saying she "fell in love with him"?! I need her to reflect on what exactly she loved because I have no clue.
If she doesn't get crystal clear, she's going to end up on the hamster wheel with another Devonta. Another man giving her breadcrumbs. I'm calling it now.
Brittany - burn that wedding dress.
Bri & Connor – They Won Me Over
Plot twist: they're together. And I actually believe them now.
Bri took full accountability for entertaining Chris's bullshit. That takes emotional maturity. And the way she spoke about Connor? I felt it. They're bringing out the best in each other.
The Bottom Line?
The men on this season were a shit show. But they are NOT a representation of what's out there. Amazing men exist—don't lose faith.
And if you see an Alex, Chris, Jordan, or Devante in your life? Run.
Ready to stop attracting the wrong men and find C.R.A.Z.Y. love?
