Well well well! I just started earning interest on my crypto in my IRA! woo hoo! How exciting! Also my crazy Helium journey continues as I figure out the number of Helium miners I need to create a steady stream of income. All of this is new to make and very scary and exciting. All I know is that in life, you learn from your mistakes. The good and the bad. I am grateful for them, LOL!

Continuation of my recorded videos of how I took action to finance my crypto currency desires. I strung 3 vlogging videos into one podcast. I talk about cold storage and how I had to change my mindset to take action on this project.

I've strung a bunch of videos I've made for my crypto currency journey. These are the next 2 videos I recorded. Taking action after being so inactive was a big shocker for myself in my finances. But I knew it was time. In this episode: I chose my crypto currency IRA company.

All Aboard! It's finally time ladies and gents: it's now or never! I have finally taken ACTION on my desires to get into the crypto currency ride! I've been looking at Bitcoin for far too long without taking action, and for me, now is the time I look inwardly and take action on my desires and goals. I was at the right place and time to join a Facebook friend of mine on this crypto currency ride! I've documented my crypto currency journey and in this series, I will be sharing with you the steps I have taken to find the money I needed to invest this new crypto currency train. It may sound crazy to you, but I jumped in and am ready to ride this crazy rollercoaster! Join me! LOL!

After my one year podcast anniversary, I took a much needed break. But I have so much to tell you! I did my new things in my life: a completely new job. Such a different part of my brain, I can't believe that I'm actually shifting my mindset to learn a totally new career. It's been a huge learning curve, but I am learning a wonderful skill! Also, I've decided to learn of a new sport at age 50. What the fork? I've started to take lessons on how to play ICE HOCKEY! If this isn't a great time to try new things, I don't know when would be a good time to do it, LOL! This is a short and sweet update of my life and what I've been doing since getting off the couch. In my next series, I go further and I talk about my journey to change my mindset on wealth and finances: Cryptocurrencies.

Diversification is the name of the game in my crypto journey! And I have bumped into the people's network: Helium. Helium is company that is wanting to create the largest low fi radio frequency network. Backed by many big companies like Google investments, this company is at the beginning stages of it's life: building this world network. Instead of raising big communication towers, it relies of people like you and me to build it's network. By helping build this network, Helium offers their builders/networkers a reward: their own crypto currency coin. Listen to my Helium journey. I recorded this video back in April 2021 and this recording has many mistakes in describing the network and a few things have changed. Apologies for my misspoken words. As this gets pushed out into the podcast realm, due to the shortage of microchips, I have yet to receive a Helium miner. LOL! As many are waiting on their orders, we will just have to be patient and endure these long lag times.

I would rather sleep in and not go to the gym, LOL. I'd rather watch Bling Empire on Netflix and not work on my podcast. But this is my year to take massive action! I think it's just because I'm sick of not doing the things I've wanted to do for so long. And with my new decade I'm in, I've decided to take massive action. So this podcast is about my personal journey of taking action. I am old enough to decide what is best for me, LOL! So here is my to do list: continue with my new job adjustment, learn a new sport: WOMEN'S ICE HOCKY, continue INVESTING in STOCKS, and start investing in CRYPTOCURRENCY. Yup, I said it. Here's to LEARNING, :) and by the way, HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!

Clean Eating recipe from Teresa Park

Creamy Leek & Potato Soup - yummy!

1. Wash and cut the leeks in small pieces. 

2. Peel the potatoes and chop them into small squares. 

3. Sauté the leeks and potatoes with your favorite seasoning (i.e. garlic powder, salt, pepper & spices). 

4. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. 

5. Stir in your non-dairy milk and lemon juice. 

6. Blend until smooth and creamy (you can also leave it chunky) 

7. For garnish, choose your favorite vegetables (i.e. sautéed mushroom, asparagus and serve).

Covid 19 took a toll on all of us in the world. It was months of isolation for most families around the world. My only child went from spring break, right into summer break. As a mother, one of my big questions I face is, "How did my child cope with the isolation of Covid?" Did I do enough for my child to thrive? Could I have done anything better for my child during the summer of quarantine?" With school just starting online this year, I ask my daughter and her friends how this whole ordeal of self quarantining at home effected their outlook. And what sort of advice could you give other kids and parents out there going through the same thing? We dive into the world of the 'tweens.' ** BONUS** They have asked to showcase their homemade ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) track that will be played right after the interview. Enjoy!

George Van Tassel was the man who built the IntegraTron which is actually supposed to be like a Time Machine but it just extends the time of your life if you walk through when it’s turned on. It was built from the technologies that Tesla developed.
