📚 Heath did the traditional 4 years at college and got a two-year degree, but still felt lost. 🌟 When he saw an apprenticeship opportunity at Disney, he took a leap into an unknown industry. After completing his 3-year apprenticeship, he quickly rose to foreman on the third shift, managing a variety of equipment inside the park. 🎢

😷 Then Covid hit, and he was furloughed. During the break, he enjoyed his spring and summer, getting married 💍 and traveling for a month 🌍. But he missed working and soon found himself at Coastline, finally with his own van 🚐.

🔧 Over the next few years, Heath learned and grew at various companies before realizing his true calling. He started his own company and hasn't looked back since.

I caught up with Ben poole at the RLS Open-house in St. Louis Missouri. We sat down and broke down a recent video of his that seemed to stir up quite a bit of controversy over using a premade, press on, ACR flare connection for mini splits.
