Blocked Not Broken. When Your Ex Blocks You.08 Nov 202501:02:01

In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means when someone blocks you the confusion, the silence, and the way it can shake your sense of worth. I’ll share my own reflections and what I’ve learned about the psychology behind it why people cut others off completely, what it says about their emotional state, and how to shift the focus back to yourself instead of taking it personally. This episode isn’t about anger or blame. It’s about awareness, mindset, and reclaiming your peace. Because being blocked doesn’t mean you’re the problem it means your presence touched something they weren’t ready to face.

*Halloween Edition* What Is Scarier Than Being Single?...31 Oct 202500:58:03

This Halloween, I’m not talking about ghosts, I’m talking about something scarier: being with the wrong person. In this episode, I open up about what it feels like to be used, overlooked, and underappreciated and why that’s so much more haunting than being single.
Because being single isn’t the fear.
Losing yourself in someone who doesn’t value you is.

Going No Contact After A Breakup - The Mental No Contact.15 Aug 202500:51:01

We’re told: block them, delete them, unfollow, cut them out. But here’s the thing. You can remove someone from every physical part of your life and still have them living rent-free in your head. And that… is the part no one teaches you how to deal with.

So if you’ve been feeling frustrated because you’ve done “all the right things” but your mind won’t stop bringing them up, you’re in the right place. Because we’re going to talk about mental no contact what it is, why it’s so much harder than the physical side, and the exact tools I used to finally get my peace back.

This episode goes hand in hand with my No Contact Guide, which will be available to buy on the 17th of August. Follow the link below to my Stan Store.

The Method That Helped Me Understand My Anxiety.23 Jun 202300:49:59

This isn't a quick fix, however its the best method I have learnt through therapy to really understand why certain things make me feel anxious. I think it is so easy to say something makes you feel anxious but understanding why is the most important part for combatting anxiety attacks and episodes. Finding out what triggers you can be hard and extremely uncomfortable so its important to take your time. Up until last year I had never suffered with anxiety or panic attacks therefore I am still learning so much about coping and living with them, however, I hope learning about this 5 stage method helps you as much as it helped me.

Even though my ex put me through the worst pain, I now thank him for not loving me because I have finally learnt how to love myself. When you go through a break up it is very easy to become fixated on finding someone new to love. What you don't realise is that the person you need to love first is yourself. You don't have to be going through a break up to implement some of the things I talk about in this episode into your life. Loss of Control Following A Breakup.25 Jul 202500:57:18

In this episode I talk about how easy it is to lose yourself because you can't control what your ex is doing. But here’s the truth I want to anchor you in today: you can’t control what they did, or why they left, or even how they feel now. That’s all out of your hands. The only thing you can truly control is the way you choose to respond and that choice, every single day, is what will determine how strong you become on the other side.

Behind Closed Doors Of A Breakup - No One Knows What Really Happened. 18 Jul 202500:59:35

In this episode I want to talk about something that I know so many of you are sitting with right now and I want to be really honest about it. It’s not just the heartbreak itself that hurts. It’s not just the missing them, or the confusion, or the grief.

It’s the frustration. The anger. The heaviness of knowing that no one else really knows what happened behind closed doors and no matter how many times you try to explain it, no one really gets it. And honestly? That can be one of the most isolating, rage-inducing parts of a breakup.
