He is the author of the book, Hiring for Diversity; he is a three-time TEDx speaker and has advised leading brands from Disney, Sonos, and MetLife to the Smithsonian.
He is the Co-Founder of Mathison, a venture-backed technology platform equipping employers with everything they need to manage their diverse hiring efforts. He is the creator of the first Equal Hiring Index to assess and benchmark inclusive hiring practices. Arthur came from Google, where he led operations for YouTube’s Education division and oversaw YouTube for Schools. Arthur previously co-founded Imperative, a leading social learning platform; Out in Tech, the largest global LGBTQ technology community; and Social Impact 360, a collegiate social enterprise education program.
He talks about the importance of leaders building an inclusive environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds to feel included in an organization and the many benefits of having a diverse and inclusive workforce.

It’s time to talk about MONEY! Who better to talk about money and financial intelligence than the one and only Mamma Rita Money, herself. We are so excited to chat with Rita Boccuzzi about financial intelligence and how she cracked the code on the money mystery.
With over 13 years of experience in financial services, Rita is armed with the wisdom and knowledge to help others. As a child she learned about saving from her parents. From age 18 to 33, she saved and received her first financial hit as the market reset, which resulted in the loss of half of her savings! As she began to rebuild, Rita was hit with another major situation: CANCER. While she was able to fight the cancer in her body, she wasn’t prepared for the cancer of her finances. Once again, her finances were drained, and she had to start from scratch—again.
From there, Rita was on a mission. Her mission and purpose is to educate 1 million families over the next five years on the mysteries of money and personal finance. She starts all of her educational resources and consultations with awareness and knowledge before building from there. She has helped many people, including other cancer survivors manage their money and turn hard situations into triumphs.

Jennifer Davis is a creative and motivational marketing executive. She currently serves as the chief marketing and communications officer for Learfield, a media and technology company in the area of collegiate athletics. She drops in to share with us some of her marketing expertise and opinions as well as a discussion of her upcoming book “Well-Made Decisions.”
Jennifer has a wealth of marketing and leadership experience. She started her career writing installers for a software company. From there, she just ascended into success. She has led product marketing for the Training and Certification business at Amazon Web Services (AWS). She has leadership experience stealing digital transformation through organic and inorganic business growth for both entrepreneurial start-ups and Fortune 500 organizations. She has also been a Forbes contributor.
Her major emphasis when it comes to business communication and marketing is pushing to have high performance workers that are in-tune with the needs and wants of the customer. From there, she shares how this allows for an instinctual advocacy for the customer that builds loyalty and increases sales. Everything comes back to the customer’s needs.
Her book “Well-Made Decisions” allows business owners to maximize their decision-making to create a better working environment and customer experience. Like inventions, decision-making is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration. Also, most of the work happens after the choice is made and the implementation begins.

Michelle Enjoli joins us today to share her journey from starting out as a first-generation college student turned television producer to becoming a pro at digital marketing to finally becoming a leadership and career coach. From there, she grew and her interests changed. She was able to leverage her skills and pivot to the field of digital marketing. Through some deep soul searching and her own discovery process, she was able to change once more to a career that allows her to help people. Now, she spends her time helping people carve out their own paths within the workforce.
Michelle gives tips on how to select the career you want regardless of age or gender. She has worked with college students, recent graduates, and even more seasoned professionals. She starts by asking people “Who are you?” From there she helps them define their own personal brand and use that information to decide where they want to go.
