Introducing Coffee Beans and Real Estate04 Aug 202300:30:53

When you think about it, some people just have “it.”

You know… the “it” factor. They look it, they feel it, they show it, they live it.

“It” can be different things to different people. It may be business and financial success. It may be a genuine love and appreciation they receive from those who know them. It may be an inner peace and confidence.

Where does it come from? Are they born with it? Do they stumble upon it in life? Does it come from passion? Does it take time?

Pull up a chair and some earbuds, we’ve got the coffee.

The Biology of Turning Dreams Into Reality04 Aug 202300:35:20

In this episode we delve into the fascinating world of the biology behind turning our dreams into reality. Our brains play a crucial role in influencing our behaviours and understanding the biological processes that lead to motivation is key to achieving our goals.

Drawing on inspiration from Pavlov’s dog and the study of learning, we explore how associations are formed in our brains and how certain stimuli can trigger powerful responses. Just like the dog learned to salivate at the sound of a bell anticipating food, how can we condition ourselves to find joy in tasks that may initially seem daunting (see cold calling, door knocking…) but we know can lead to rewards.

How can we find what makes us salivate?
