Ep. 91 | Why You're Still Burned Out: 5 Nervous System Mistakes Women Make in Burnout Recovery31 Mar 202600:26:52

You’ve tried eating better, taking the supplements, fixing your hormones, praying more, and pushing yourself to stay consistent… and you’re still exhausted.

At some point, you start wondering if you’re the problem.

But what if you’re not failing… and your body just hasn’t been supported the right way?

In this episode, I’m breaking down what burnout actually is, why so many women stay stuck in it, and the nervous system piece that keeps getting missed in most health advice.

Because burnout isn’t just emotional or spiritual. It’s physical. And if your body doesn’t have the capacity to keep up, nothing you’re doing will stick long-term.

We’ll walk through the most common mistakes I see women make in burnout recovery, and how to start supporting your body in a way that actually leads to real energy, clarity, and stability again.

If you’ve been doing “all the right things” and still feel stuck, this episode will help you understand why—and what to do differently.

Ep. 90 | 3 Bible-Based Steps to Beat Burnout The Woman with the Issue of Blood, Functional Health, and Restoring Vitality24 Mar 202600:30:30

If you’re a Christian woman dealing with burnout, anxiety, and symptoms that don’t make sense, this episode is going to shift how you see your healing.

In Mark 5, the woman with the issue of blood didn’t just receive a physical miracle. Jesus walked her through a deeper process of healing that addressed her body, her story, and her identity.

And this is where most women are stuck.

You’ve been told to pray more. To take another supplement. To find the right anxiety Bible verse and push through.

But what if your body isn’t broken… it’s depleted? What if what you’re calling anxiety is actually your nervous system crying out for safety?

In this episode, we walk through 3 Bible-based steps to beat burnout and how they connect to functional health, emotional healing, and restoring your body’s ability to regulate.

We also talk about something most people won’t touch: how father wounds and identity issues can show up in the body, including irregular cycles and chronic stress patterns.

If you feel unseen, unheard, or like nothing you’ve tried is actually working, this will help you connect the dots.

Inside this episode, you’ll learn:

• Why burnout is not just emotional, but deeply physical • How anxiety is often tied to nervous system dysregulation • What Jesus was really doing when He called her “daughter” • The connection between identity, safety, and your physical symptoms • Why healing requires addressing body, soul, and spirit together

This is the same foundation I use inside Rooted & Restored Wellness, where we stop chasing symptoms and start rebuilding the body from the ground up.

Ep. 81 | Stop Doing Too Much—Why Multitasking and Over-Giving Are Stealing Your Energy | Coaching Call20 Jan 202600:32:54

What if the reason you’re exhausted, foggy, overstimulated, and burnt out isn’t because you’re doing something wrong—but because you’ve been doing too much for too long?

In this episode, I share a real coaching call with a client who hit the breaking point after years of multitasking, overgiving, and carrying responsibility that was never hers to carry. Her honesty is raw, brave, and deeply relatable for any woman who’s been living in survival mode under the label of being “the good Christian,” “the responsible one,” or “the strong one.”

We unpack two major burnout drivers that almost no one talks about:

  • Multitasking and constant input overload (even the “productive” kind)

  • Overgiving without boundaries—internally and externally

You’ll hear why monotasking isn’t laziness, how nervous system overload shows up as brain fog, racing thoughts, hormonal issues, and emotional collapse, and why your body eventually forces you to stop when you won’t choose to.

We also talk honestly about:

  • Why saying yes out of obligation is costing you your health

  • How “helping” can cross the line into self-destruction

  • The difference between Christlike service and chronic self-abandonment

  • Simple, practical ways to start regulating your nervous system again—starting today

This episode is for the woman who:

  • Feels constantly overstimulated and overwhelmed

  • Can’t slow her mind down no matter how hard she tries

  • Feels guilty resting, saying no, or choosing herself

  • Is realizing her current pace is not sustainable

If your body has been whispering—and now screaming—for rest, boundaries, and simplicity… this conversation will land.

Ep. 80 | I Thought God Had Abandoned Me — Until This Encounter in a Hard Midlife Season13 Jan 202600:23:19

Have you ever reached a place in your Christian walk where it felt like God had gone silent? In this deeply vulnerable episode of Christian Wellness for the Weary Woman, I share what it was like to walk through burnout, emotional overwhelm, and physical depletion—and honestly wrestle with the belief that God had abandoned me.

After years of dramatic encounters with the Lord, burnout brought me into a season of silence: no clear direction, no comforting presence, and a nervous system completely shut down. I open up about how physical burnout, mineral depletion, postpartum depletion, and chronic stress don’t just affect the body—they can mute your spiritual life, your prayer life, and your ability to worship.

In this episode, I share a powerful New Year’s Day encounter with God that gently shifted my perspective—not by removing the battle, but by reminding me that He was standing as my rear guard while I fought for my health, my family, and my calling. We talk about faith-based healing, trauma-informed wellness, functional health, and why true healing requires addressing the roots, not just the symptoms.

If you’re a Christian woman navigating burnout, midlife exhaustion, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, or spiritual numbness, this episode will remind you that silence does not equal abandonment—and that God is still redeeming your story, even when healing feels slow.

This conversation is an invitation to honest faith, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and whole-body restoration—spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Ep. 79 | 3 Ways Burnout Triggers Perimenopause Symptoms in Women Under Chronic Stress06 Jan 202600:34:29

Burnout symptoms in women are often mislabeled as perimenopause — especially anxiety, intrusive thoughts, irregular cycles, exhaustion, and emotional overwhelm. In this episode, we explore how chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation, not hormone failure, are often the real root cause.

From a functional health and holistic wellness perspective, this episode explains how long-term overwhelm, unresolved stress, and living in nervous system fight-or-flight can disrupt hormone balance, drain vitality, and create what feels like a midlife crisis in women — even in your 30s or early 40s.

In this episode, you’ll learn:
  • How burnout puts the nervous system into survival mode

  • Why anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and emotional instability are common burnout signs

  • How nervous system regulation supports hormone balance

  • Why your menstrual cycle is a stress report, not a countdown clock

  • How burnout contributes to irregular cycles, PMS, and low vitality

  • Why healing burnout requires rest, nourishment, and regulation — not pushing harder

If you’re anxious, overwhelmed, or experiencing burnout symptoms and searching for natural anxiety remedies, holistic treatment of anxiety, or functional health answers, this episode offers clarity and hope.

As a holistic health practitioner, I share my personal experience with postpartum burnout, nervous system collapse, and hormone disruption — and how restoring vitality begins by listening to your body instead of normalizing exhaustion.

This episode is for women experiencing:

  • Burnout and chronic overwhelm

  • Anxiety and intrusive thoughts

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Nervous system fight-or-flight

  • Midlife crisis symptoms in women

Your body isn’t broken. It’s communicating.

Ep. 78 | Trusting God After Burnout—Can You Rebuild Trust When You Feel Abandoned?30 Dec 202500:41:28

What happens when your body breaks down… and your faith quietly follows?

In this deeply honest New Year’s episode, Cassie shares her personal story of burnout, postpartum depletion, PMDD-like symptoms, and the spiritual fallout that followed—when trusting God no longer felt possible. If you’ve ever loved Jesus but felt angry, distant, numb, or abandoned by Him in the middle of chronic stress, exhaustion, or illness, this conversation is for you.

We talk about how prolonged stress and mineral depletion impact the nervous system, hormones, and emotional regulation—and how that physical depletion can make faith feel fragile, muted, or even inaccessible. Cassie also unpacks why “just trusting God more” isn’t always possible when your body no longer has the resources to regulate itself.

Using Psalm 88 as a guide, this episode creates sacred space for unresolved grief, unfinished faith, and honest prayer that doesn’t wrap itself up with a bow. You’ll learn why God doesn’t require emotional closure, why trust doesn’t always return in the same form, and how faith can mature without becoming cold or religious.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

  • Why burnout can deeply affect your ability to trust God

  • How mineral depletion and nervous system dysregulation impact emotions, faith, and perception

  • The difference between intimacy and relationship with God

  • Why Psalm 88 matters when your prayers end in darkness

  • How to stop forcing trust that isn’t there

  • A gentler way to rebuild faith through consent, not confidence

  • What small, nervous-system-safe steps toward God can look like in hard seasons

If you’re entering a new year feeling weary, guarded, or unsure how to trust God again—this episode is for you. You’re not broken. You’re not failing. And you’re not alone.

Ep. 77 | Chronically Exhausted? The ONE Mindset Mistake Keeping Christian Women Burned Out23 Dec 202500:27:45

If you don’t truly believe a program will work, it won’t. In this episode I explain why mindset and alignment — not just workouts or another “fix” — decide whether healing actually sticks. I share my own experience: joining a popular program while still depleted, triggering PMDD and intrusive thoughts, and learning that calorie deficits, fiber-heavy plans, or one-size-fits-all fixes can worsen stress, anxiety, and fatigue when your head and heart aren’t in agreement.

What you’ll hear:

  • Why belief and mindset matter more than the program itself for lasting change.

  • How being depleted and chronically stressed keeps you in fight-or-flight — burning minerals and blocking gut healing.

  • My HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) approach: testing mineral balance and building a targeted nutrition and gut-healing plan instead of chasing symptoms.

  • The danger of treating symptoms with supplements alone and why intuitive alignment (head + heart) is essential to real recovery from burnout, fatigue, and intrusive thoughts.

  • A short reading from James on the double-minded life and why being unsettled keeps you stuck.

Ep. 76 | Is Your Mindset Keeping You Burned Out? The Hidden Reason Christian Women Stay Exhausted16 Dec 202500:32:14

Feeling wiped out all the time? In this episode I call out the real culprit behind burnout, chronic fatigue, and emotional overwhelm: your mindset. We get stuck believing we have to fix our bodies first — lose weight, survive the to-do list — but the truth is faith, identity, and daily mental habits drive your biology. I share raw, practical stories and the exact mindset moves that shifted me from drained and defeated to steady energy and forward momentum.

You’ll learn:

  • why a mindset shift is a medical-level intervention for fatigue symptoms and emotional exhaustion, not just a pep talk

  • how small actions (the 5% rule) build sustainable change when you’re stressed out and burned out

  • the prophetic + practical trick: naming a declaration (I AM statements) and repeating it to rewire belief and nervous-system response

  • why mineral restoration and HTMA testing matter — and how nutrition + inner healing work together to end the burnout cycle

Ep. 75 | The Fiber Trap—Why “Healthy” Fiber Foods Make Stressed, Burned-Out Women Feel Worse09 Dec 202500:35:58

When your gut is inflamed, stressed, and running on fumes, even “healthy” fiber can feel like sandpaper on an open wound. In this episode, Cassie breaks down why so many Christian women in burnout, perimenopause, or chronic stressfeel worse with added fiber — more bloating, more fatigue, more overwhelm, and more anxiety-like symptoms that look a lot like emotional burnout.

If you’ve been stuck in survival mode, exhausted, and wondering why clean eating, workouts, or “doing everything right” haven’t fixed your fatigue, gut issues, or stress symptoms, there’s a deeper root your body can’t ignore.

You’re not broken. You’re depleted. And there is a grounded, faith-based path to help your nervous system feel safe again, calm the gut, and finally start healing burnout and fatigue from the inside out.

Ep. 74 | Stressed and Overwhelmed: Hidden Burnout Signs Christian Women Miss03 Dec 202500:41:53

Feeling stressed, exhausted, and “too nice”? In this episode I unpack how people-pleasing (fawning) is often a central nervous system survival response — not a moral failure — that shows up as anxiety, mental fatigue, and classic burnout signs (emotional and physical). We walk through fight/flight/freeze physiology, how suppressed self-expression and boundary-failure drain your sodium, potassium, and magnesium, and why untreated nervous system dysregulation means your fatigue symptoms never fully resolve.

I bring a faith lens too: we’ll ground this in Scripture (Galatians 1:10) and explain how “pleasing people” can look holy while actually stealing your voice and health. Practical steps include recognition, pausing, saying no, and learning to open honest conversations with your spouse so you stop carrying everyone else’s emotions.

If you’re tired all the time, anxious, or nodding “that’s me” when I describe people-pleasing and burnout, listen in — then book a free Root Cause Clarity Call to map out your next step.

Ep. 72 | I Forgive That Man: What Forgiveness Does to the Body and Soul28 Sep 202500:35:34

In this week’s episode of Rooted and Restored Wellness, Cassie opens up about the life-changing power of forgiveness—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.

Drawing from Erica Kirk’s moving words at her husband Charlie Kirk’s memorial, Cassie reflects on the compassion in Erica’s voice as she forgave the young man responsible for his death. That moment of grace points us back to Christ’s example and what true forgiveness looks like in action.

Cassie also shares her own personal story of forgiveness after the murder of a beloved family member—and how choosing to forgive, even before the feelings followed, became a pathway to freedom.

Finally, she ties this into health by exploring how unforgiveness can actually show up on an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test. From calcium shells to low potassium, unresolved anger to chronic stress patterns, the body carries what the heart refuses to release.

You’ll walk away with:

•A deeper understanding of the connection between forgiveness and physical health.

•Journal prompts to help you process unforgiveness and release bitterness.

•Encouragement to lean into God’s grace—because forgiveness is not about excusing wrongs, but about setting yourself free.

Forgiveness is not easy, but it is medicine for the soul and the body.

Ep. 89 | Why Loving an Addict Can Trigger Burnout Symptoms: The Nervous System Piece Nobody Talks About with Tara Little17 Mar 202600:34:31

What happens to a woman’s body when she spends years loving someone who struggles with addiction?

In this episode, I sit down with health coach Tara Little, host of the podcast Healthy Coping While Loving an Addict, to talk about the hidden toll addiction takes on the people around it. When someone you love is addicted, life often turns into walking on eggshells, trying to keep the peace, and carrying stress that never fully shuts off.

Over time, that chronic stress doesn’t just affect your emotions. It affects your nervous system, your energy levels, your hormones, and your overall health.

We talk about the patterns that often develop in these environments, including people pleasing and the fawn response, and why so many women who love addicts eventually find themselves burned out, overwhelmed, and physically depleted.

This conversation also explores something that often gets missed in addiction recovery conversations: what loving an addict does to your body and why caring for your own health is not selfish, it is necessary.

In this episode, we discuss:

• Why loving an addict can push your nervous system into survival mode

• How the fawn response and people pleasing develop in high stress homes

• Why chronic stress from addiction often leads to burnout symptoms

• Practical rhythms that help support your nervous system again

• Simple nutrition and lifestyle habits that help rebuild capacity

If you’ve ever loved someone who struggled with addiction, or you grew up in a home where addiction was present, this episode will help you understand what your body may have been carrying for years.

You are not weak.

Your body has been trying to survive.

Ep. 71 | Burnout, Trauma, and the Battle for Your Voice21 Sep 202500:37:21

In this deeply personal and thought-provoking episode, I open up about recent events that have shaken our nation and my own heart, including the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk. I share how his life, message, and legacy have stirred me to reflect on the power of using our voice, the importance of living out our calling, and the way trauma and a dysregulated nervous system ripple into every part of our world—from personal triggers to public tragedies.

You’ll hear how Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) testing can reveal nervous system dysregulation, why this matters for both adults and children, and how unhealed stress and trauma often manifest in health struggles like burnout, autoimmunity, and emotional reactivity. I also share practical insights on regulating the nervous system, restoring gut health, balancing minerals, and creating generational change in our families.

This conversation weaves together faith, health, and healing—reminding us that in times of shaking, our true focus must remain on Christ, family, and the unique call God has placed on our lives.

Ep. 70 | Embracing the Void: Finding God in the In-Between14 Aug 202500:34:03

In This Episode:

Cassie shares a heartfelt message on “the void” — that in-between space of uncertainty, stillness, and waiting on God — and why it’s not only okay to be there, but deeply biblical. Drawing from her own recent struggles with burnout, low energy, and the demands of motherhood, she opens up about her HTMA test results, the emotional toll of pushing past the body’s limits, and the lessons she’s learning about rest, feminine rhythms, and spiritual alignment.

She unpacks Genesis 1:2 and how the “formless and void” of creation mirrors the wilderness seasons in our own lives, when God invites us to pause rather than push for quick fixes. Cassie also addresses the harmful ways women are silenced in faith spaces, the importance of honoring our voices, and how embracing the void can become a place of deep healing and revelation.

If you’ve felt stuck, overwhelmed, or unseen, this episode will encourage you to slow down, nourish your body and soul, and trust God’s timing in the stillness.

Ep. 69 | Back to the Roots: Why I’m Integrating HTMA Testing into Rooted & Restored Wellness04 Aug 202500:26:10

In this episode, Cassie shares a heartfelt update on the evolution of her podcast and business—now relaunched as Rooted and Restored Wellness. After taking a long break from podcasting and experimenting with Instagram Stories, she returns to long-form content to preserve and deepen her message. Cassie explains how her own health crisis led her to discover the power of Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA), a tool that revealed how stress, trauma, and mineral imbalances were impacting her body.

She breaks down how HTMA testing works, why it’s so foundational to healing, and how it complements her existing work in trauma-informed inner healing. Cassie draws biblical parallels to the minerals in soil—“we are made from the dust”—emphasizing how minerals and gut health are the literal and spiritual foundation of our well-being. She also gets personal, sharing her decision to put her kids in daycare to support her own healing and growth, and how shedding shame was part of that journey.

Whether you’re burned out, facing chronic stress, or seeking a faith-based approach to functional wellness, this episode introduces the next phase of Cassie’s work—offering both HTMA testing and her Made Whole Inner Healing Course—so you can get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, and finally feel restored.

Ep. 88 | Why Avoiding Family Conflict Fuels Burnout and Keeps Your Body Tense and Exhausted10 Mar 202600:30:25

Family conflict doesn’t just stay in your head. It settles in your body.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I learned the hard way after years of unresolved family conflict, intrusive thoughts, and the physical toll it took on my health. Avoiding hard conversations might feel like peace, but silence can quietly fuel burnout, anxiety, and exhaustion.

We’re talking about what it really means to “agree with your adversary,” how humility leads to reconciliation, and why acknowledging hurt (even when you didn’t mean to cause it) is often the key to healing.

You’ll learn:

  • Why silence isn’t the same as peace

  • How unresolved conflict affects your nervous system, thyroid, and energy

  • What to say when someone tells you they’re hurt

  • How to approach conflict without becoming defensive

If you’ve been carrying tension in your body from family conflict, whether it be recent or 20 years old, this episode will help you put words to it and take your first step toward resolution.

And if you’re feeling deeply burned out, join me for the free Burnout Recovery Workshop on March 23rd, where I’ll show you how to begin rebuilding your energy and stabilizing your body in a simple, practical way.

Ep. 55 | My Story Part 4: The Symptoms of Festering Wounds28 May 202400:21:39

Hey Mama! In this episode I share the deep dark parts of how I reacted to what's called post abortive trauma or syndrome. Much like PTSD except it directly stems from abortion trauma. Everyone will react differently no matter what their situation. Sometimes, the wound lies dormant until another trauma triggers that underlying trauma. Other times, the body simply can't hang on to a memory any longer and you'll find yourself confused by the physical symptoms you're suddenly experiencing .

The important part is:

  1. to realize you have trauma
  2. how to recognize your triggers
  3. believe you can recover
  4. put your trust in the One Who Can Heal You.

Ep. 87 | Why Your Supplements Aren’t Working: What HTMA Reveals About Your Metabolism03 Mar 202600:27:46

Is your fatigue, anxiety, or burnout really a mindset issue? Or is something deeper going on?

In this interview, I share why so many emotional and spiritual struggles women face, especially in motherhood, are rooted in physical depletion, not personal failure. Drawing from my own postpartum breaking point, I explain how years of under-fueling, chronic stress, and survival mode can keep the nervous system stuck and make healing feel impossible.

We talk about:

  • Why emotional and spiritual work often doesn’t stick when the body is depleted

  • What it actually means to be trauma-informed in functional wellness

  • How mineral imbalance, stress load, and postpartum depletion show up as anxiety and burnout

  • Why “just resting,” “praying more,” or “thinking differently” isn’t enough for real recovery

If you’ve done the inner work, tried to surrender it to God, and still feel exhausted and on edge, this conversation will help you understand what your body has been carrying and why healing has to be physical, too.

This episode is for the woman who’s tired of blaming herself and ready to address burnout at the root.

Ep. 51 | Letting Go of Mom Rage: Forgiving the Generations Before You02 Apr 202400:18:20

Hey mama! Healing is in our blood. Literally. It's in your DNA. What the last generation never healed from gets passed down to you both as soul wounds and as a genetic imprint in your DNA. There's the science to prove it and the Bible says it too.

"I lavish unfailing love to a thousand generations. I forgive iniquity, rebellion, and sin. But I do not excuse the guilty. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children and grandchildren; the entire family is affected— even children in the third and fourth generations.” Exodus 34:7

Ep. 50 | Shame Falls Away When You Tell Your Story: Come out of Hiding!26 Mar 202400:19:43

Hey mama! Is shame holding you back from telling your story?

Shame covered the woman with the issue of blood but when she told her story it set her free, truly free. Jesus had already healed her but she needed to tell her story too. Physical health problems can contribute to an emotional wound that cripples us even further.

Telling your story is the first step to true freedom and spiritual soul wound healing.

Ep. 48 | The Hemorrhaging Woman: Jesus Made a Way, How the Story of the Woman with the Issue of Blood Relates to Women’s Health Systems Today12 Mar 202400:23:04

Hey mama! Are you looking for better? Better health, better food, better relationship with Jesus, better for your sons and daughters?

Do you feel like you have turned to every person, doctor and expert in their field that you thought could help you only to find yourself worse off than before? Have you been stripped of your health, your time, and your well-being?

In this episode we're going to break down the encounter this woman had with Jesus and what the scriptures point out to us about her journey, her story, and how Jesus interacted with her in her health journey.

You might be amazed to see just how compassionate he was with her and her condition.

He wants to bestow that same compassion upon you, too!

Ep. 46 | Are You Living Cautiously and Burying your Talents?20 Feb 202400:19:11

Hey mama! Has God placed something on your heart, given you a talent that nobody else's possesses but something is holding you back from taking that step of faith into what He's calling you into?

This is what happened to one of the servants in Matthew 25. Fear held the servant back. He did nothing but bury his talent and the master was furious that he didn't even invest it in the bank.

I hope you find encouragement in today's episode and take that step of faith into the next thing God is calling you to make an impact in on this side of Heaven!

Ep. 44 | What You Need to Know About Postpartum Depletion: Sleep, Rest, & Emotional Well-Being Part 401 Feb 202400:22:33

Hey mama! Rest, sleep, and taking care of your self emotionally can be very trying in those first few months postpartum. It can feel like every time you get into a rhythm with your new baby, something changes, a growth spurt happens, and everything you started to plan for and expect goes out the window. You can't get anything done around the house, you feel trapped, lonely and exhausted.

And then you're told, "it's normal" but nothing about it feels normal and you know it's not God's plan for you to feel this way.

The most important thing you can do to for yourself during these hard times is to prioritize sleep, rest, and alone time. It won't be much but it can make all the difference in the world!

Ep. 43 | What You Need to Know About Postpartum Depletion: What Are Micronutrients? Part 323 Jan 202400:28:02

Hey mama! Part 3 of this 4 part series on postpartum depletion is about micronutrients or minerals, what they are, and how they help your hormones and organs function properly.

Testing your mineral levels before you decide to jump on hormone therapy and other kinds of testing can make all the difference when it comes to replenishing and balancing your hormones, losing weight, and healing from anxiety or other health conditions.

When God created Adam, He gathered dust from the ground and formed the man with dirt. This is why minerals are the foundational bedrock of your overall health. Minerals are the firing cylinders for every cell in your body.

10 Key Takeaways and action steps for you:

GET YOUR MINERALS TESTED AND INTERPRETED! Through HTMA Testing

1. replenish your micronutirents (vitamins and minerals)

2. balance yoru macronutrients (Protein, carbs, and healthy fats)

3. eat organic, clean foods

4. cut out processed foods

5. aim for 3,000 calories/day but get at least 2,000 to speed your metabolism up

6. supplement with real food supplements, not synthetics

7. stop consuming caffeine on an empty stomach

9. eat breakfast within an hour of waking up.

10. head over to the facebook community or sign up for emails to get the at home adrenal burnout test.

Supplements I've taken and companies I recommend (I don't recommend taking unless you know you need them!)

Ep. 86 | Your Missing or Irregular Cycle Isn’t Just Hormones: How a Father Wound Can Trigger Amenorrhea, Anxiety, and Hyper-Fixation | Real Coaching24 Feb 202600:22:24
Your cycle is missing. Or irregular. Or unpredictable. And you’ve been told it’s “just hormones.” But what if it’s not just hormones? In this real coaching call, I’m sharing a powerful breakthrough from a client who came to me with amenorrhea, anxiety, autoimmune flares, and a constant pattern of hyper-fixating on fixing herself. Three months later, her cycle returned. Not because we added another random supplement. Not because she tried harder. Not because she forced her body into submission. It started when she uncovered something deeper; a father wound she didn’t think was affecting her.

In this episode, we talk about:

  • How unhealed childhood dynamics can keep your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight
  • Why hyper-fixating on your health is often a trauma response
  • The connection between fear-based praying, self-sustaining pressure, and anxiety
  • How emotional healing can precede physical restoration
  • Why minerals matter — but aren’t the full picture

This isn’t about blaming your parents.

And it’s not about digging up pain for drama.   It’s about understanding that your body doesn’t separate emotional stress from physical stress. It carries both. If you’re dealing with amenorrhea, irregular cycles, anxiety, or burnout and nothing seems to fully resolve it, this episode will challenge you to look deeper. And if you’re ready to start rebuilding your nervous system and restoring your energy, join me for my live workshop on March 23rd. Ep. 41 | Part 3: Ashley Winning’s HBA2C Story12 Jan 202400:55:52

"Basically, what she was saying is if you want to have a physiological birth, don’t go to the hospital. I saw the birthing process as the easiest part of the physiological process. In Instictive and physiological birth we don’t need to worry so much about baby’s position we don’t need to worry about birthing positions. We just allow the process to unfold the way that it needs to. We need to let our body do what it intuiitively needs to do jsut as we’re breathing and living now. The intricacy of growing a baby is very complex so evacuating the baby at the end is the easiest part of the process."

Hey mama! Don't you love hearing from Ashley and how she has allowed her mindset about birth to shift so drastically? Of course, it didn't happen overnight. It was a process but, nonetheless, she has been set free from seeing her body as damaged and fragmented to a "powerhouse that couldn't be broken!"

Hey mama! Have you suffered from postnatal depletion? I have. It is not fun. In this episode we will discuss what postnatal depletion is and how your body changes before, during and after pregnancy. If you are depleted of certain important nutrients, your body will not have the energy or cellular level restoration to bring you back to your pre-pregnancy self. Postnatal depletion can even affect women years down the road after they've had children. Join me at the Beta Founding Members Program for An Exodus Birth. I hope you are being blessed by Ashley's story. In this episode we talk about mindset and how she moved into accepting a home birth after 2 c-sections without support from anyone bur her husband and a doula. Ashley shares her free birth story with a posterior baby and goes into detail about the difference in how labor will progress with a high posterior baby.  Her options were limited to home birth because she didn’t fit the box quota: - VBA2C - Special scar - GBS - Big babies - Plus size After much thought, she decided to take the radical responsibility to birth her baby.  Like Ashley, when she realized the only way to have a home birth was to take her pregnancy into her own hands, she normalized home and free birth in her life by listening to podcasts, joining facebook groups, and placing home birth in her life as a normal life event before she got pregnant with her third pregnancy.  Connect with Ashley: Website: www.ashleywinning.com  Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ashleylwinning/ Podcast: The VBAC Homebirth Stories Podcast.  Programs:  VBAC Membership Coming Early 2024 – Join Waitlist here The Homebirth Group Mentoring – Join here Freebies: VBAC Homebirth: Fear to Freedom Guide- Download Here Or check out her Podcast  The VBAC Homebirth Stories Podcast.  Connect with Cassie  Follow me on IG Visit my website Join the New Facebook Community! Sign up for emails and updates: 3 Keys to Partnering with Jesus for a Peaceful and Uncomplicated Birth with Less Pain or~ the Beautiful Birth Affirmations, Promises and Scriptures
