Baby Boomers (Zoomers) are choosing to delay retirement OR they are retiring as planned and then looking for projects and contract work. This approach is a win win for both companies and the retiree. The company gets to retain long time experience and knowledge but without rehiring on a full time basis. The typical arrangement for a returnship is short term projects, contracts or season work.
