Visibility in Change Management 16 Mar 202600:01:01

Visibility - a vital topic for our profession. Why?

  • It is our duty to ourselves and the next generations of change practitioners to come to showcase our value everyday so that our profession is known and trusted.
  • So that in the near future our profession is institutionalised as a standard part of every organisation’s operating model.

For more on visibility, how to showcase our value and role as a strategic change practitioner I am excited to share my upcoming episode with Nissi Ozigbu that is airing soon in which she will share some excellent stragetic perspectives on this.

Happy Global Change Management day!11 Feb 202600:01:08

To all my fellow change practitioners who help people in organizations make sense, care for and adopt to transformations they are going to, keep doing what you're doing and connect with fellow practitioners in the field. We have a wonderful global (live) and virtual community and there is so much more to come in this field.

Change Champions - Your Influencers in your Change Management scope02 Feb 202600:00:28

One of my favourite parts in transformations and my scope as a change manager is when the change captains or champions come in AKA all-round influencers.

Your eyes 👀 and ears 👂 on the ground, the ones actually doing the work and having to undergo the transformation, the bright spots in the organization who will make the light shine brighter with coaching others through change 💫.

Important to remember: it is as much about the pull as it is about the push.

In my next Change Chats episode coming out with Awa TALL we talk about Change Captains but also her deep Change Management expertise in the Cybersecurity space and why being the queen of analogies.
