In this episode, you will get to know about the tantra witches and how they resonate with a certain chakra in our body, in our being. By meditating under careful guidance, these witches and powerful energies will be activated within you. The tantra witches described in this episode include:

Dakini

Rakini

Lakini

Kakini

Shakini

Hakini

Bhairovi

Yakshini

Yogini

Conscious texting with CB on +1310-361-5485 available to seekers in the USA and Canada only.

In this episode, Chandresh shares how the complexity between love and lust ruins the energy of love. The falling in itself is a negative word in love. He also shares the poetry of Kahlil Gibran which was the foundation of this episode.

100. The Goddess Womb - A Tantra Teaching25 Feb 202100:22:04

In this episode, Chandresh shares one of the teachings of the tantra science and rituals to honor and understand the divine feminine within.

The Goddess Womb practice takes you to the space where you were even before you were conceived. This is a very deep and intense practice where you can transcend the family trauma, karmic contracts, cultural conditioning, and deepest fears.

The goddess womb has nothing to do with your biological connections, but everything to do with your conscious connections and divine consciousness. It is a teaching that is very deep and very layered.

This episode is a tiny introduction to this concept. Our hope is people will find this episode as a good kick start toward this journey.

This episode is all about the current culture of the gods, goddesses, kings, and queens that are emerging on instagram. 98. Analyzing Cultural Appropriation of Eastern Spirituality11 Feb 202100:46:50

In this episode, Chandresh discusses the heated debate that is going on about the cultural appropriation of tantra, yoga, and eastern spirituality. Chandresh shares his perspective and experience on how we can arrive at a solution.

The cultural appropriation debate is asking for the respect that the eastern spirituality deserves. Chandresh discusses questions like:  What problems are being faced in western society that are becoming a challenge in healing the cultural appropriation problem? What exactly is missing in the western culture that is not enabling the cultural appreciation part to happen?

He also shares various solutions and discusses how we can turn this problem into a solution. Some of these include mantras and teachings from various teachers and masters who have talked about being in the global village and treating the world as your family. The truth is, spirituality is for everyone. It is not a monopoly of a certain religion, color, or community. In order for us to channel and expand into any form of art or spirituality, we have to learn how to use it in the most respectful way. This is the basic, most fundamental part.

97. Make Someone Feel Safe04 Feb 202100:27:05

In this episode, Chandresh shares a human behavior dynamic. Sometimes we give symptoms or signs and others say that you can’t be trusted or are not ready to be a part of the group, but the truth is maybe they are not feeling safe or ready yet. If you judge them too quickly, you will take away the opportunity for yourself and them to learn something really important.

In this episode, Chandresh asks people to reflect upon some fundamental questions. How do I make others feel safe? Do I feel safe with myself? What is my love language and the love language of the people I surround myself with?

This episode is a reminder of how you respond to the vulnerability and energies of others, and an encouragement to check in with how you interact with others and make them feel safe.

Instead, Chandresh recommends a solution that goes beyond the limitations that our society imposes through the cultural norm of setting a new year's resolution. In this personal narrative episode, I remind you to take up space no matter the circumstances. I discuss some significant shifts happening within the individual and collective consciousness. 86. Transcend Your Personality05 Nov 202000:17:38

In this episode, Chandresh shares how personality compromises of the ideas, narratives, labels, and stories we receive from society, family, religion, school, and so on. This notion of personality becomes so strong within us that we are not able to go beyond that personality. Ultimately, we start living as an idea of someone which is not ours. We tend to neglect our own blooming because we get so stuck in this idea of personality. In this episode, Chandresh shares how awareness does not have personality, but that is our reality. The point is to go beyond becoming and start being. Chandresh shares a few points like having the willingness to go beyond the personality, and to disobey consciously in order to transcend the personality. It is also important to plant the intention to live with courage and clarity. In addition, he shares two mantras for those wanting to integrate this in their meditation which are soham namana and aham brahmasmi.

85. From Anger to Compassion29 Oct 202000:20:32

In this episode, Chandresh shares how anger is not the real problem. The problem comes when we are not ready to understand the root of anger and heal the unconscious patterns that elevate it. As a society, we are not comfortable with anger, but taught to suppress the anger so it never really comes out in its pure form. Instead, it is blended with ego, control, and violence. This is one of the reasons anger creates multiple troubles in our mind and emotions. In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on how to release and channel anger into creative conscious outlets. Anger has the potential to become ultimate compassion, but can only do so by understanding it, respecting it, and then using the power of meditation to flow through it. Chandresh also shares his own personal story with anger and an inspiring story from Buddha’s journey in how he led others in healing their anger and finding a home for their bliss through it.

84. A Life Lesson in Self Awareness and Acceptance22 Oct 202000:19:09

In the age of social media, we have become so judgemental. We are constantly giving advice to people without really implementing or understanding the application and affect in our life. We are eager to share the information without really experiencing the science of the advice for us. Not only has this become a norm in social media, but across the wellness field. It has become normal for someone to give advice that they have no connection with. In this episode, Chandresh shares a personal experience with going through the experience of that life lesson and then sharing it with others. In addition, he shares a very profound story from the life of Mahatama Gandhi and how that changed his journey.

There might be so many extended branches of these roots. Taking the time to understand each root and then bringing it the reverence is what invokes our true healing. Chandresh also mentions a tantra ritual called Navratri, which means the nine of enlightenment. It's taking place from October 17th to the 25th. He encourages everyone to meditate consistently during these few days and nights of Navratri. There will be live meditation on his Instagram channel too.

81. The Social Media Dilemma - A Spiritual Perspective01 Oct 202000:37:52

This episode is all about understanding social media from a mindfulness perspective. The way we use social media has a lot of impact on our mental and spiritual health. Chandresh shares his experience, how he handles social media usage, and his experience with other people. A few of the problems shared include the reaction and validation of others becomes an important thing to us, in which we start doing things to get validation from others. Many times it decreases our ability to connect with people past the digital screen, and creates an easy delete/block to people with different opinions rather than being able to connect with them. Chandresh shares solutions to these dilemmas such as beginning to make conscious decisions around social media usage, creating a conscious plan on how you will use social media, and asking yourself who you follow and why. He also shares the importance of being open to new perspectives, ideas, and ways of thinking rather than building a bubble in your social media universe.

This episode is all about understanding our relationship with abundance, the obstacles, and clearing blockages to cultivating a conscious abundance.

In this episode, Chandresh shares solutions and insights through tantra including:

  1. The energy of money is in the lower chakras.
  2. The source of abundance is infinite & connected to pure consciousness.
  3. Energy of money is fluid.
  4. There is a lot of intentional energy that plays with money & if you understand the work of your intentions then the energy of money becomes more gentle and fluid for you.
  5. Education and training about money beyond the spiritual law of attraction books.

In this episode, Chandres shares three spiritual tantra aspects of abundance:

  1. Maa Lakshami’s mantras
  2. Maa Lalita TripuraSundari Rituals and Meditations
  3. Shree Yantra and Shree Vidya tantra practices

78. Are you Over Giving?10 Sep 202000:24:08

This week’s episode is all about understanding how sometimes in life we over give, and that over giving is never healthy. Sometimes we do it out of compassion. Other times we do it out of our own conditioning, childhood or adult experiences, for our job, money, and more. However, overgiving never turns out to be a healing experience for anything. In the spiritual traditions, we replace over giving with conscious giving. Conscious giving then leads to conscious receiving. In this episode, Chandresh shares his personal journey with over giving and the lessons he has come to understand, and continues to practice and implement.

76. Energy Transformation in Tantra20 Aug 202000:27:14

In tantra, the most powerful teaching is the transformation of energy. Tantra does not teach us to suppress, but instead is very inclusive and inviting toward whatever kind of energy you are going through. Tantra encourages the transformation of the energy whether it be sexual, anger, greed, attachment, etc. It especially welcomes energies we consider dark or unwanted because these are the emotions that create suppression, anxiety, and other psychological problems in our being. Tantra teaches us to understand the root of these elements and eventually transform these energies into higher creative outlets. In this episode, Chandresh explains the main aspect of energy transformation along with solutions to it.

73. Going Beyond Fear30 Jul 202000:25:35

In this episode, Chandresh speaks about how the seeds of fear are planted in childhood. Many times, they are planted when we are conceived in our mother’s wound, transferring the fear of our parents to us. Our own past life patterns may also show up. The bottom line is, all of the fear is a symptom of a deeper rooted problem. We are taught to run away from or operate from fear, which does not solve the problem. If we unconsciously move into fear, it builds blind obedience and unconscious rebellion. Both of these elements do not solve the problem. Chandresh shares specific solutions on how to understand fear, go beyond it, and how meditation can be a part of the solution. In next week's episode, we will share a meditation to help us go beyond fear.

72. Honoring Our Ancestors Through Tantra23 Jul 202000:48:44

In this episode, Chandresh talks about our relationship with ancestors. In the western culture, there is no specific ritual to honor the ancestors and include them in our day to day life. However, in many traditions of the world, there are specific ways to honor ancestors. In this episode, Chandresh discusses tantra and eastern wisdom traditions, sharing his own experience with ancestors and how honoring them starts to unblock conditioning and heal suppression. Even if we believe we are an original piece of art, we all have pieces of recycled material from our ancestors within us. Honoring our ancestors can help us expand our strength and potential. Chandresh shares many tantra practices and rituals including Kul Deva, deity of the lineage, and Kul Dosha, fault or blocked energy in the lineage. We hope this episode brings insight, specific solutions, and ritual practices for not only healing the connection with ancestors, but also bringing more strength, clarity, and courage in how your life is evolving and unfolding.

68. Self Realization- The Essential Revolution12 Jun 202000:25:43

It has become so difficult for us to experience self realization and peace without looking for the answers outside of us. It is very easy for the mind to constantly blame and look for the answers externally, but the truth is the solution lives within us. In this episode, Chandresh talks about the spiritual interpretation of the Black Lives Matter Movement, including the problem with selective compassion- when we are not able to perceive humans through the lens of awareness, but instead through division and different belief systems. He also discusses the relationship between collective karma and individual actions, and concerns with protests as they relate to the WallStreet and Me Too Movements. Instead of reacting with anger, it’s important to cultivate and work on finding solutions. With the help of two mantras, we hope this episode helps all seekers cultivate a deeper meaning to the protests, and a stronger connection to the path of self realization.

The two mantras from this episode include:

Bhagwad Gita:

yada yada hi dharmasya

 glanir bhavati bharata

abhyutthanam adharmasya

 tadatmanam srjamy aham

vasudhaiva kutumbakam which means the world is one family.

After moving from India to the US, he started seeing a different caste system heavily influenced by race. In this episode, he discusses how racism is deeply rooted in our minds and why change has to happen from a deeper fundamental level to make permanent change. He also discusses how to rebel with awareness by choosing your own path, and by stepping away from shaming others if their path looks different from your own. Rebellion is not a one dimensional lane, and we hope this episode guides you to find deep everlasting change along your rebellion journey.

65. Infinite Freedom - Mantra Meditation21 May 202000:16:50

We all are looking for freedom, but when we are stuck in the limited dimensions of the mind, we look for freedom from things. Often the material- all the things that are bothering us in a moment. We never look for the bigger freedom, which is the freedom to rather than the freedom from. In freedom to, the seeker seeks the freedom to simply be, to bloom, live our truth unapologetically, and exist fearlessly. In this meditation, we use the mantra aham brahma which means “I am the infinite awareness,” or “I am the extension of the universe and the universe is the extension of me.” This mantra instantly brings us to that ultimate freedom. The hope is that this meditation will allow you to experience that infinite freedom. The mantra can be used with this meditation, along with many other sacred meditations to heal and awaken your highest potential.
