With the party split, the cowboys of Umber Hollow are faced with a new challenge: Not just solving the murder of Father Matthews, but preventing more deaths from occurring. Kasey and Sterling find themselves unprepared for what lurks inside the cave they stumbled across, dragging forth new challenges and old memories. Meanwhile Rosie and Eugene find themselves trapped inside the Whitmire mansion, as whatever was lurking outside gives way to threats and confrontations within the house itself.
