But be it a Harris or Trump presidency, there is no doubt that the new president will face a host of foreign policy challenges.
On part two of a special two-part edition of Morning Shot, focusing on the US Presidential Election, Kal Raustiala, Promise Institute Distinguished Professor of Comparative and International Law at UCLA Law School and Director of the UCLA Ronald W. Burkle Center for International Relations shares his insights on how the outcome of the US Presidential Election will shape how the United States tackles global issues in the coming four years.
