Emily is a London born Colombian designer, wellbeing fanatic and the founder of Vibras Creative Studio and House of Vibras. She qualified as a Graphic Designer with a degree from Central Saint Martins in 2017. Her editorial style earned her a place creating layouts at ELLE UK magazine, followed by a string of in-house design roles at household-name British fashion brands.

Despite doing what she was good at in her day job, she knew that something vital was missing. Vibras Creative Studio was born out of a combination of her passions - creativity and wellbeing - with the aim of re-defining how to run a successful business. Her number one priority is to prove to herself and others that it is possible to be a successful entrepreneur, while still looking after yourself - mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. This one is Season 3, Episode 7: Designer Confidence and Imposter Syndrome. This rerun episode with Jen and Giselle was chock full of so much knowledge and vulnerability. Imposter syndrome is something that is all too common for us designers. Our relationship with our work is something sacred. As creatives we often feel like we ARE our work, but breaking out of that is freeing. You are not what you do. Jen and Giselle are open and honest they were about the feelings that are brought up when you see other designers’ work, how you feel about clients’ reactions, and the personal ego.
