We believe that all of these things are not true anymore and have been seen in volleyball for a long time and are still relevant skills today with the best players in the world and in youth training.

This Episode will make you rethink the way you train your players. It is important to understand the different situational and physical needs of each position. It is similar to how a Football team would work. Each position needs to train in what they need to excel at in a match to make sure they are ready by the time they have to perform. Training needs to be more challenging than any match!
