Dans l’épisode du jour je te raconte ma prise de conscience et l’acceptation qui en a découle, ainsi que mes nombreux coming out

Pour moi tout s’est toujours bien passé, et je trouve ça important de le partager pour aider et rassurer les personnes qui sont au début de leur chemin, mais j’ai conscience que ce n’est pas le cas pour tout le monde et il faut également en parler

Starting with what I love the most, that’s a technique I recently discovered and it has already helped me a lot!

But we are all unique and a technique that worked on me might not work on you

Commencer par ce que je préfère, c'est une technique que j'ai récemment découverte et qui m'a déjà beaucoup apporté !

C'est comme ça que j'ai réussi à me motiver à étudier pendant la dernière semaine de blocus ou encore pour me motiver à lire vendredi passé

Mais bien sûr, on est toutes et tous uniques et une technique qui a fonctionné sur moi peut ne pas fonctionner pour toi

Néanmoins ça peut peut-être ouvrir une porte dans ton esprit, qui jusque-là était fermée ou entrebâillée

Sé que es un consejo bastante común, pero así evitarás perder puntos en un examen La semana pasada leí mal las instrucciones y escribí una respuesta fuera del tema y estoy bastante segura de que voy a perder 4 puntos sobre 20 El peor es que habría podido evitar esta situación si había bien leído y releído las instrucciones Así que sí es un consejo trillado, pero no pierdes nada leyendo varias veces la cuestión Muchísima suerte para tus exámenes! I know it’s quite a common tip, but it will prevent you from stupidly losing marks at an exam (like me…) Last week I misread the instructions, I wrote an off-topic answer and I’m surely gonna lose 4 points out of 20 And I could have avoided that if I had read the instructions more than once So yes, I know, it’s a common tip but you don’t lose anything from reading several times the question Good luck for your exams! Best recipe for a successful blocus? Listening to yourself! I’ve always preferred going to bed late and waking up late, so studying at night was a matter of course haha Well it’s also because I spend too much time on Youtube and Instagram… Even if for a long time I thought I was weird for studying so late, for me it worked: I passed all my exams on the first try! I really think that the most important thing is being attentive to your own needs and adapt your timetable if needed I hope you’ll have a productive blocus and adapted to your needs! La recette parfaite pour un blocus réussi ? S’écouter ! J’ai toujours préféré me coucher tard et me lever tard, donc étudier pendant la nuit coulait de source haha Bon c’est aussi parce que je passe trop de temps sur Youtube et Instagram… Même si j’ai longtemps cru que j’étais bizarre d’étudier aussi tard, pour moi ça a fonctionné : j’ai réussi tous mes examens du premier coup !
