Starting another round of Letrozole/Clomid? Do these 3 things first.03 Dec 202500:30:12

It's our season 2 finale!

If Clomid or Letrozole helped you ovulate but you’re still not pregnant, this episode is for you. I’m breaking down why forcing ovulation isn’t always enough — and what you can do to actually improve your chances of conceiving.

You’ll learn the 3 critical steps every woman with PCOS should take before trying another round of fertility meds:

  1. Build high-quality eggs naturally

  2. Support your nervous system and reduce stress

  3. Enhance cervical mucus and timing

I share why late or inconsistent ovulation isn’t “too late,” how your body’s readiness matters, and why understanding your hormones and cycle can completely change your TTC journey.

✨ Stop guessing, start understanding, and get your cycles working FOR you — not against you.

Listen now and learn how to give your next ovulation the best chance to succeed.

🌿 What signs actually matter when tracking your cycle
🌿 The simple framework I used to go from 100+ day cycles to consistent 40–50 day cycles

The Missing Puzzle Piece from Your PCOS Fertility Journey - with Ana Medina - Integrative Nutrition Health Coach24 Nov 202301:03:55

    Dear waiting moms,

We have been talking a lot about how nutrition and medication can help you conceive.

But they are not the only thing you should focus on if you're trying to make a baby.

Most of the time we overlook our mental health and our sleep as factors that can affect our fertility.

For our guest speaker today, Ana, she focuses 50% of her coaching to mindset and 20% to sleep.

I love helping women change their nutrition and lifestyle to further fuel their fertility, but I also love exploring other things that can help such as fertility yoga (we talked about in last episode), sleep hygiene and mindset work!

So, let's listen and find out how these concepts can become a part of your fertility journey.

Unlocking Fertility: Simplify Ovulation Tracking Without the Need for OVERPRICED Devices or Apps18 Aug 202300:28:26

    Dear waiting moms,

Using LH strips and OPK alone to track ovulation can be confusing (and sometimes inaccurate) for women with irregular ovulation.

You can have random LH surges throughout your cycle when your hormones don’t follow the normal pattern.

When I started TTC over 3 years ago, I would ONLY use LH strips to track my ovulation.

That was a HUGE mistake on my part (but I didn’t know any better) because the results were too confusing…

I was stuck in this cycle for over two years before I realized how to improve my ovulation tracking.

But you don't have to! You can listen to this episode and get all the deeds so you can be one step closer to your miracle baby.
