Seeking forgiveness is a lifestyle because no one is perfect. With that in mind, take some time today to walk through the steps below.

• In a journal, write down an area of your life where you truly need forgiveness.
• In prayer, begin to invite God into that area. Invite his conviction and forgiveness.
• With a trusted family member or friend confess, seek forgiveness, and commit to a new way forward.

This process will take time. Don’t rush it. Healing is worth the wait. God will be with you.

Acknowledging limits (without shame)

HERE'S HOW:
Today, it’s okay to not “have it in you”. 
You do not have to have all the answers or know what to do next. 
With that in mind take the next few steps to rely on God.

- Humbly acknowledge your limit without shame.
- In prayer and as specifically as you can write down or speak out loud where you need help.
- Listen for God’s voice.
- Let go of ego, pride, and welcome God’s direction.
- As you go about your day and encounter your limit take time to pause, ask for God’s help, and follow his guidance.

Today, take some time to consider these three statements:

You are what you do.
You are what you have.
You are what other people think of you.

Write a few sentences in a journal or notes app about how those statements affected you.  Then, from your reflection, ask someone close to you, which one of these three they think you MOST struggle with. Thank them for their feedback. Ask yourself, “What’s one small step I can take to combat that belief?

Learn when to say, 'enough'

Blessed are those who are sad… Wait, what?

Here's How:
Are you in mourning over something? 
Spend a few minutes in silent stillness before God with no distractions. Tell him about what you are carrying (“Father, I’m in mourning over…”). Then be still and listen for his voice to speak and comfort you. 
Try reciting, as a blessing, over yourself, the words of Jesus:
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.”

Do you ever feel uncertain? Join the club.

Here's How:
Pause and reflect on areas of your life where you are facing uncertainty right now.
Maybe write them out so you can see them all at once.
Now, spend a few minutes in prayer surrendering each one to God, inviting the Holy Spirit to come into those situations with you.
Lastly, consider how God may be forming you and blessing you through these uncertain circumstances.

Jesus came to the outcast and the overlooked and said, “YOU are blessed.”

Here’s how:
Take a moment to think about all the people in your life you may consider ‘unworthy of God’s Kingdom.’ (Maybe you find yourself on that list).
Now, as you imagine their faces (or look in a mirror) say these words:
“Blessed are you, for the Kingdom of God is now available to you. Right where you are. Just as you are. God’s Kingdom, through Jesus, is now available to you.”
