On the Ferry – There are restrooms available on the ferry ride to and from Alcatraz Island.
On the Island – Public restrooms are available near the dock on Alcatraz Island, right where you disembark from the ferry. There are no restrooms inside the cell block, so make sure to use them before you start your tour.
