A discussion of one of the art world's greatest debates, by two of the foremost authorities on the subject, that is - regarding the history and rightful ownership of the Parthenon or "Elgin" Marbles.  Mark Stephens CBE interviews Alexander Herman about his recent book on the subject, published late last year "The Parthenon Marbles Dispute", which offers a fresh take on the history of those famous works of ancient sculpture which once adorned the Parthenon Temple on the Acropolis, but which now, to the dismay of some, sit within the British Museum.

Todays' episode "The Development of Art Law Pt 2" features art legal titans - Karen Sanig, Thomas Danziger and Marc-André Renold who are being interviewed by Luke Harris.  Our guests tell each of the stories about their early days of running an Art Law practice and provide some of the highlights (and lowlights) of those careers, they touch upon the difficult recent areas that Art lawyers have had to face in an everchanging artworld, such as the advent of NFTs, Artificial Intelligence and the increasing burden of AML regulations..!
