Luke with all the stories and shorts you make everyday, do you know how much time it takes you per day ?
Do you have to remind you to make those or it’s just fun so you don’t have to force yourself ?
I know, I know, those are not my best questions but that’s all I have sorry !
Malcolm
Question for Luke. Your short form content game is amazing. I watched a few of your long form YT videos and I don’t understand why your epoxy/skateboard veneer sledgehammer video only has 890 views? Underrated imho. Can you speak a bit about shorts vs long form content?

I can't record a voicemail tonight but I still have a question for you!
Maybe Dan can read it with my fantastic French accent 😂
Alright so I like to wax most of my products and to spread and buff the wax I use generic white paper towel. The problem is that is quickly deteriorates and leaves white deposit in the wook crevasses.
What should I use to spread the wax? I tried old lonely socks but I'll soon have to walk bare feeted!
Hardknot Woodcraft
Hey guys, long time listener, first time supporter. I just wanted to say thanks for the time you guys put into this. Out of curiosity, are you two currently thinking about finding a new third host for the show since Coffee left? You two are great, but a third personality really adds to the dynamic of the show.

Happy to become a patron, I have been enjoying the show. My question is for Dan. I know you’re busy with Etsy orders, but do you plan on doing more on YouTube? I watched some of your videos and thought they were good.

Imagine, you are strolling on the beach. The sun is warm but there is just enough wind to keep you cool. Seagulls are soaring into the setting sun, the waves come and crash into the warm sand singing their soothing songs…
Then something happens, thunders in your head. Your brain takes the control over your senses. Time freezes, a warm light seems to shine deep into your consciousness. It grows and grows, it overwhelming and suddenly, you are back on the shore with wet feet, and a lost gaze.
Your brain just pooped an idea, it’s the one that’ll make your Etsy like a store on blackfriday.
Just to be sure you Google your idea and … Someone makes a similar product.
What do you do ? Make it cooler ? Cheaper ? Better ?

I have a glowforge and I’ve been making money by selling cutting boards local. I’m not using the laser to it’s potential and it seems like a waste. Shipping to me is so intimidating that it’s keeping me from starting to sell on Etsy or other platforms. I don’t have anything I need to ship except for maybe plastic wrap. But I do know about pirate ship now because of Dan. What do I need to start selling cutting boards and other small things And how to I break this f-ing barrier to get started.

Alright now that I’ve shown enough flowers for a life to be a bed of roses, it’s question time !
Would you like to make aEurope or world wood map?
Did the cat ever manage to catch a bite of the food you make for along with the map?
Does your moustache catches shaving and dust when you turn wood? Have you ever considered to make a cooking show ? I’d totally watch that.
