| I traded money for time (not the other way around) | 01 oct. 2026 | 00:14:02 | |
For a long time, I was waiting for someday to come. Someday, when I had enough money. Someday, when I had worked enough. Someday, when I could finally spend my time doing the things I actually wanted to do. But keeping my life going required a lot of money — and a lot of work. I was working to pay for my life, and sometimes working to pay for getting to work. At some point, I discovered minimalism. I started questioning what I really needed, gave up my career, and gradually made my life cheaper. And something unexpected happened: by needing less money, I also needed less time working to earn it. That gave me something I had been waiting for all along: time to do the things I love. In this first episode of And Someday Came, I’m talking about the connection between money, work, and time, how minimalism changed the way I look at my life, and what happened when I stopped waiting for someday and started making room for the things I wanted to do now. | |||
