During this episode I will be interviewing Nanette Sandiford who will discuss Shamanism as a Way of Life.

About Nanette

From a young age Nanette has been connected to the spirit world and lived life in a state of spiritual openness. Her natural connection to her spirit guides developed in her late teens, around the same time that she began to practice Buddhism and Yoga. She decided that she wanted to share her abilities and create a space to uplift others and encourage them to live authentically, confidently and from a place of love. The beauty of her yoga practice brought her to energy work and in her early 20's she studied the Japanese arts of Shiatsu and Reiki. As she began to train and develop skills in multiple traditions, she recognised that they had many similarities and core beliefs. Having built deep connections with her spirit guides, the ancient tradition of Shamanism called out to her. Upon studying and practicing Shamanism she discovered her true passion, which now forms the foundation of her work.

Nanette has trained with many Shamanic and Yoga teachers over the years and sat with plant medicines to deepen her insights.

There is so much richness, pleasure, and beauty in life so as a medicine woman, and vessel for Great Spirit’s healings to run through, Nanette’s vision and goal is to support and help humanity evolve into its best version - a sanctuary where we can all feel safe and be ourselves.

I was born in Havana, Cuba; lived in Madrid, Spain as a child before migrating to the United

States. I grew up in New York City and have lived in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil since 1999. I

consider myself a global citizen.

I currently focus on the spiritual practices of African Matrix, Shamanism, Hinduism and

Buddhism as a catalyst to bring light, well-being and peace to myself, others, communities,

and the world.

I founded Unlimited Well Being with focus on the affirmation of well-being and abundance

in life. This abundance is at all levels: health, pure love, financial prosperity, service to

oneself and others, progressive soul evolution, positive thoughts and actions, joy and fun.

Planet Earth is going through significant energy and structural changes, as are all beings on

the planet. It is a very intriguing moment to be alive, but it also presents many challenges.

I have a degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York

City and Graduate work in the same field at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I also

have a masters in Africana Studies as a Culture and Human development Specialist from

Cornell University in New York.

I am an Usui Reiki Master since 1998, and has extensive training and practice of varied

Sym- Transforming breath into light. Interview with Kira Zhigalina

During this episode I interview Kira Zhigalina and explore her invention of Sym, an evolutionary interactive light which works with the breath to help with health and wellbeing.

Kira Zhigalina is an award-winning artist turned entrepreneur. Her artistic intention has been to create expanding and emotionally connecting experiences for the audiences which are also aesthetically pleasing, through participation and interactivity. Inspired by a personal experience with breathwork, this intention manifested in her project Symbiosis, an interactive art installation that visualises breathing in light, using custom developed sensors and software. Since 2015 it has travelled and been to many UK light and music festivals and exhibitions. Seeing the positive calming effect of the experience on the audience and it’s potential to have a wider impact, a compact version of the experience was developed as a unique wellbeing product offering called Sym. Healing the Burning Times- With Cali White

About Cali

Cali White is an ancestral healing practitioner focused on healing the generational wounds rooted in the European Witch Hunts of 1450-1750. Her work is born out of her own ancestral journey of enquiry, including a 13 moon pilgrimage around the UK and Ireland which she undertook in 2019 as a way of deepening her own ancestral connections. Guided by "spirit" she gathered women in ceremony every full moon to honour the women persecuted as witches and to bring healing to the collective trauma patterns of separation. This led to a pioneering month-long exhibition called, "I Am Witch-Tales from the Roundhouse" in Lancaster UK in 2022, which is being followed this year by a 4-day festival of history and healing called "The Witches' Revival." She believes that ancestral connection is a key to health and wellbeing and is passionate about helping others reclaim their ancestral powers!
