In the 5-Fingers Meditation Practice, you can learn the real nature of the mind; and, how it constantly makes pictures of itself doing something.   Also, in the First Bubble of Awareness, have you reached Nirvana?   NO.   But this is where many paths STOP!

The Awakening Process, as a River of Divine Loving Consciousness, of our Soul began at the Genisis of our Soul - 4 billion Years ago.

All of the Avatars and Saints that have awakened from Nirvana - to experience the birth of a new Cosmos - teach this lesson repeatedly because of its vital importance to new seekers.  So sayeth:  Ramana, Buddha, Kabir, Hafiz, and Guru Nanak.

Yeshua (Jesus Christ) discusses: (1) the importance of looking deep within your soul for the Divine Consciousness, (2) becoming attached to the Divine Love of God to protect yourself against the mind, and (2) allowing your soul to merge into Holy Communion with the Spirit of God.

Remember that the true seeker isn't you when you start your meditation.  The True Seeker is the Beloved Friend, the Divine Loving Consciousness, at your soul's core.  Let the Divine Loving Consciousness do the meditation for you.

....... When you meditate in the Court of the Lord................  All your past, present and future Karma is dissolved........... And eventually, you will melt into the Divine Loving Consciousness of the Lord of your Soul

HOW TO:   1. Reach the Eye Center.    2. Use the Eye Center to open the Heart Chakra and the Crown Chakra.   3.  Float in a Totality of Consciousness that encompasses all 3 Chakras.

Inayat Khan once said that "I drink the Wine of thy Divine Presence and I got lost in it."  He's one of my favorite Sufi Poets.  Like Rumi and Hafiz, his poems are full of spiritual metaphors and intense Love for the River of Divine Loving Consciousness that flows through us.

Melting away into the emptiness of your soul - as your soul naturally brings you into coherent alignment with the Divine Presence. You are floating away in the Path Back Home.

There's nothing more precious to an Angel than merging into the consciousness of an enlightened soul as he/she begins to melt within the Divine Presence.  Advanced Masters often open the Heavenly Portals - to invite the Angels in - for occasions just like this.

Captain Ji was a Contemporary Saint with only ONE OBJECTIVE: TO LEARN HOW TO ABIDE IN NIRVANA - the resting consciousness that exists before, during, and after the dissolution of the Cosmos.  These teachings are very precious!

God, the Divine Celestial Consciousness, is Pure Grace, Pure Love, and the Royal Road back to Sat-Chit-Ananda-Bliss.  In the beginning, it's a whisper - that eventually becomes a Powerful, Magical River of Divine Enlightenment.

Hafiz - as a Mystic Poet - often wrote about the Divine Wine at His Beloved Friend's Tavern.  He also talks about the Crown Chakra, the Sahaj Portal and the hidden region of the Blue Moon.

Saint Kirpal.  Saint Namdev.  Guru Nanak.  Saint Mira.  Their souls all melted in the Divine Loving Consciousness; and forever more this True Name of GOD became their Love, their Life and even their awareness.

Let the infinite Awakening Process within you continue, and as it awakens you it will also begin to Awaken the World.

Every one of us, Every Microsecond of our Lives, is Floating in an Ocean of Love while a River of Divine Loving Consciousness Flows through our Soul.   Meditating with Love will significantly speed up our Inward Progress toward Celestial Enlightenment.

Maharishi Mehi was a great Saint that lived for over 100 years.  He said that if we practice tranquility and humility, we can reach OM Shanti.  ....and in Om Shanti we will discover the True Name of God - the soundless, sound of Divine Consciousness.

Soami Ji, Babu Ji, Charan Singh, Kabir, Mira, Tulsi Das, and I only have one single practice - the effortless, attentive awareness of Divine Consciousness.  Having reached enlightenment in the eye center, nothing else is of any real value.

The Sant Mat (Path of the Saints) was established by Saint Kabir.  Several hundred years later, Guru Nanak beautifully described the same path.   Accordingly, both Saints describe God, and the Name/Word of God, as Divine Consciousness.

You can't easily go beyond the mind while you're still in the mind.  Floating as a Silent Observer is, however, a modern, easier, and more effective way to achieve Absolute Awareness of the Great Self, the Big Picture and Sat-Chit-Ananda Bliss.

We are recreated by the Divine Presence every microsecond of our Life.  Recreated Anew.  Our Soul and our Love for the Divine are Immortal.  Our bodies will return to dust, but our Clear Awareness will last forever.

Ramana, Buddha and I all teach the foolishness of listening to Celestial Sounds or looking at lights/Radiant-Forms while you're in Clear Awareness.  The minute this happens, you're pushed out of clear awareness and back into the Virtual Matrix of the mind.

Start your meditation practice, gently, tenderly, silently, remembering who you really are.  Then melt, melt, slowly melt away into the Divine River of Loving Consciousness.

Before every train of thought, before every notion, before every emotion, and before every desire to meditate you're already in a beautiful, loving, celestial state of clear awareness.

The first bubbles of Enlightened Consciousness, in the Eye Center, usually only last for a few seconds.  By the time you reach the Crown Chakra these bubbles can last for days/weeks at a time.  In the Heavenly Regions these bubbles can last for months at a time.

During the Long Spiritual Journey of the Human Soul, we go through many distinct stages of Dying While Living - before we finally merge into the Resting Consciousness of Source/Cosmic Awareness (aka: Nirvana, Sat-Chit-Ananda-Bliss, etc.).

When I learned the White Skeleton Meditation Practice from Lord Buddha, he taught us how to pour our loving consciousness into every bubble/chakra of consciousness in our body. And to give away our total sense of existence - every second - to the Divine Presence.  

How long is a timeless Microsecond?   A Microsecond that never started, and never stops?  Will anyone else know that you've entered Samadhi?   What does Samadhi feel like?

The advanced, enlightened disciple - the Jnani - is both beyond life and death and beyond the starting and stopping of every state of consciousness.  Nisargadatta.   Ramana.   Wu Hsin.  Ribhu Gita.  Asthavakra Gita.

The Celestial Consciousness at the core of your soul is YOUR SUPREME TEACHER - the Beloved Friend of Soami JI, Rumi, Guru Nanak, Hafiz, Mira, Dadu and so many other Great Saints.  He alone can take you to your heavenly goal.
