Saison 7

mercredi 17 avril 2024Durée 01:13:51

This final episode of the All The Wiser Podcast is filled with laughter, tears, and deep appreciation for what the podcast has brought into our lives. You will hear voicemails from our listeners and past guests, discussing the impact and changes this show has brought about in their lives. We're still getting goosebumps!

Kimi, Tara, and Erica share their personal transformations. Tara explains how the show helped define her legacy and turned her world into "technicolor" after growing up in a small town in Upstate New York. A Little Wiser: Why is it so hard to sit in discomfort?

Saison 2

mercredi 10 novembre 2021Durée 18:10

In this episode, Kimi and Christy talk about Kimi's interview with Sue Klebold. Sue is the mother of Dylan Klebold, one of the two shooters at the Columbine Massacre. She shares her experience of being plucked from a journalism class at CU Boulder to work with reporters on the frontlines of this historical and heartbreaking story.

Additionally, they discuss their biggest takeaways and lessons learned from Sue Klebold, a hard-earned expert on adolescent suffering. They also discuss the importance of listening, rather than fixing, and why allowing your kids to "sit in their discomfort" can be both hard and essential. Kimi and Christy were equally moved by Sue's story and think her message is needed now more than ever.
