On Mission is hosted by Kier Adams, James Aubrey and Dave Patterson, and they will be joined by several special guests across the series, each sharing from their perspective what it looks like to be involved in God’s mission.

Just when you thought it was over, we have a bonus episode to finish our On Mission series! This week, Dave and James interview our special guest, author and Christian leader, Dave Boden. Dave will be familiar to some as he was once a member of All Nations Church, where he led the youth ministry at a time when our venerable host, James, was part of the group. So you'll want to listen, even if it is just for those stories!
But our primary reason for this episode is that Dave has just published a book on discipleship called Parallel Faith. It's about walking alongside others in a way that helps lead people towards Jesus. In many ways, the book runs parallel to this podcast, picking-up on many of the themes we have spoken about. Series one, episode four. Back to the studio this week with Kier, James and Dave as they talk about the place of prayer in mission. Prayer is central to the Christian life, but so often we it difficult to know how to or what to pray. In this episode, we find that we are in good company! The disciples asked Jesus to teach them, because they didn’t know how to pray. In this episode our three hosts dive into the Scriptures, tell some stories, and share how they are learning to pray concerning God’s heart for the whole world.
