In this episode, Alex shares the story of one of his and Pooh´s mentees who added lead generation to his Airbnb business, which enabled him to level up his profits surprisingly quickly. Within 4 weeks of starting to focus on lead generation, he did a deal to house 30 people for 12 months. Alex explains why they are often an issue and some of the other risks attached to using flats located in large blocks as serviced accommodation. • If you have mental health issues, try therapy.
• Don´t be afraid to set boundaries and take time out to rest and reset.
