Leslie Hocker’s journey into Network Marketing began with a career in the oil and gas industry. As one of the first women to earn a specialized petroleum degree, she worked her way to an executive position. Despite her success, she found herself working long hours, leaving little time for family, travel, or personal fulfilment. Realizing she needed a change, she explored business ownership but quickly learned that traditional business models came with their own challenges.

Her first venture, a Pilates studio in Houston, introduced her to entrepreneurship but required significant effort to educate people on a new fitness concept. Around the same time, a neighbour introduced her to Network Marketing. She was drawn to the model’s simplicity—sharing products she loved while building relationships. Working part-time while maintaining her corporate career, she learned the importance of timing, simple systems, and strong leadership in achieving success. In 2002, I lost my muti-million-dollar business in a catastrophic way, leaving me paralyzed with self-doubt and depression.

However, I kept going and 16 year later I successfully re-invented myself at 67 years old. I am known as a "Jackhammer" and have been in the business of making deals happen for 40 years. I am the host of the Jackhammer podcast and author of "The Jackhammer Effect". My insatiable drive and resilience have been a hallmark of my long and successful career.

Moreover- I identified and brokered the deal that brought Heidi Klum and New Balance together, leading to the creation of the HKNB brand. I pitched products of my own design on the Home Shopping Network to 40 million viewers. In addition

- I have negotiated strategic partnerships with well-known brands such as the New England Patriots, Madison Square Gardens, Radio City Music Hall, and Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.

Since 2020, my consulting work resulted in over $40 Million Dollars of real estate investments. Today my brand is "The Jackhammer". I'm 71 going on 51 and nothing can stop me.
