This changed the game for me, and how I look at morning routines ☕️ …… but before I knew this, I was this person.
HA! 😆 If you’re at that stage, stay with me. You will not, and I repeat, WILL NOT, feel like getting up at the same time, doing the same routine every single morning. You are not lazy, inconsistent or “not a morning person”. Instead, you are a woman with a body that, each month (typically), goes through a cycle that makes us the most powerful and dynamic gender on this planet 🙃✌🏻 So my one word for you when it comes to your morning routine is this: ✨ALIGNMENT Forget what a morning routine ‘should’ look like based on what you see on social media, and curate one that makes you feel good, honouring yourself and where you are at on that beautiful, life-forming rollercoaster. This means, somedays you will be superwoman doing ALL THE THINGS. And other mornings, you will want to do the bare minimum. ⚠️ Struggle isn't normal. As I thought about this and then continued to read the pages of this book, my mind was blown. We come into this world with a clear slate. Our perception of reality is undistorted and everything is just. Over time, we take on beliefs, suggestions and observations that pile on top of each other. This is all while experiencing life, unaware of the stamp that some of those experiences make. Limiting beliefs, unresolved traumas, unprocessed emotions eventually get stuck, and that once clear perception of reality is distorted. An interference, in what could have been an abundant life, occurs, and unconsciously we tune into a station where struggle, hardship and feeling worthless becomes ‘normal’. Financial struggle is not normal. Just like anything else that is contrary to your desire for true abundance. Inside my 12 week mindset program, The Academy, I take you through a journey of uncovering where your blocks lie, why they’re there and what distortion this has created.
