Dr Kimberly Harms joins us for todays episode. I have witnessed death up close many times throughout my life. I suffered the loss of my mother and my son to suicide and, eventually, my husband from a broken heart. These events shaped my views on finding meaning in grief, and I set out on a mission to end the stigma around end-of-life planning.

Life is hard and sometimes the young adult needs a second chance in a safe place where they can reboot and learn how to start over.
