The Sabbath is a consistent theme throughout the Bible. But after Bible times, the seventh-day Sabbath was challenged and even changed to Sunday. But there were always a faithful few Christian churches who kept the original Sabbath throughout history and continue to keep it today. Enjoy today's edition

The institution of a Saturday worship service raises the question whether what we are doing here is right in view of 2,000 years of Sunday sabbath keeping in the Christian Church. And if it is right, it raises the further question what special place Sunday should have in the life of a Christian, especially for those who regularly worship on Saturday evening.

To help us answer these questions, Pastor Richard Woke try to get an overview of the biblical teaching on the sabbath on this edition of the Hour of Inspiration.

Prophecy is one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit that God bestows upon humanity, as explained in 1 Corinthians 12, 1 Corinthians 14, Ephesians 4 and Romans 12. A person with this gift receives special insight from the Holy Spirit so they can share these messages from God with others.

Adventists embrace the significance of all the spiritual gifts, including prophecy, recognizing anyone can be used in this way if so moved by the Holy Spirit. One of the founders of the Adventist Church, Ellen White, is a prominent figure in history who demonstrated this gift in her ministry.

The spiritual gift of prophecy is an important way to be used by God. 1 Corinthians 14:1-5 describes it as a gift with particular usefulness and honor, saying “the person who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouragement, and consolation” and “builds up the church” (CSB).

This gift is demonstrated by the many prophets and prophecies throughout Scripture.

In this edition of the  Hour of inspiration we shall bring you spirit-filled and Soul lifting Music, Inspiring words from some of our Adventist Youths that are making an impact in the church and we shall climax with the amazing and undiluted declaration of God’s word here -ministration that will lead you to the path of salvation

This is the work that the Lord would have every soul prepared to do at this time, when the four angels are holding the four winds, that they shall not blow until the servants of God are sealed in their foreheads. There is no time now for self-pleasing. The lamps of the soul must be trimmed. They must be supplied with the oil of grace. Every precaution must be taken to prevent spiritual declension, lest the great day of the Lord overtake us as a thief in the night. Every witness for God is now to work intelligently in the lines which God has appointed. We should daily obtain a deep and living experience in the work of perfecting Christian character.

What does it mean to “experience” salvation?

Salvation is being saved from our sins and accepting God’s gift of eternal life. When you accept God’s salvation, you can be at peace about your future. You don’t have to live in fear because God has promised to save you from the eternal consequences of sin.

When we choose salvation, we accept that we are God’s children.

“Your people will be my people and your God will be my God.”     The Book of Ruth is a story from many years ago set in a country and society we may not completely understand in light of our current society.  Ruth made this commitment to her mother-in-law Naomi as they were preparing to return to Bethlehem from Moab.  This story is not a fluffy accounting of some love story but rather it is a story of famine, starvation, death, and the survival of a family.  Our society can learn much from this story.

on the 31st of January 2021, we decided to dedicate the show to him in remembrance of his message...

In this Message, the late Clergy emphasized on the need to be kind to relatives and friends when they are still alive. 

To him he encouraged us the living to do good at all time, because no one can tell when his time on earth will be over.

This should be a wake up call to listeners and we that are still living..

This is a message of hope, revival and transformation.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight. “Trust,” according can be define as a Firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something.

What is the significance of the Birth of Christ?

Gods Grace abides with us even in festive period....

Your challenges and current situation can best be handled by God who lives for enternity.

God looks on the heart more than anything else, really. Jesus said, “Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him” (Matthew 6:8 NKJV). If that is the case, then why pray? The answer is pretty simple. Prayer is not informing God; prayer is inviting God. When I call out to the Lord in prayer and offer my petition, I’m not informing God of something he doesn’t already know. Rather, I’m inviting God into my situation, into my challenges, into my problems.

The value of prayer is that it keeps me in touch with God. When people ask me to pray for them, I always try to do it immediately so that I don’t forget. When Christians are facing a crisis and ask other Christians to remember them in prayer, that is a good thing to do. Jesus said, “If two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven” (Matthew 18:19). There is no question about it: there is power in unified prayer.

GOD NEVER FAILS

Moreover, I have heard the groaning of the Israelites, whom the Egyptians are enslaving, and I have remembered my covenant.

 Exodus 6:5 

The purpose for man's existence is stated at both ends of Scripture. At the beginning, God reveals that He created man in His own image and likeness (Genesis 1:26-27)—language that refers to offspring or children (Genesis 5:1-3)—to, in submission to Him, share dominion or rule with Him over creation (Genesis 1:28).

what a Ministration in the HOUR OF INSPIRATION

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever." 1 Chronicles 16:34. "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful."

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice (Philippians 4:4).

…give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you (1 Thessalonians 5:18)

When I was a young believer and read these Scriptures and others like them that commanded us to rejoice always, they seemed crazy to me. Rejoice ALWAYS? You mean, even if I get hurt? Am I to rejoice if someone mistreats me? Am I to rejoice if I’m lonely? Am I supposed to give thanks if I don’t have a job?

How is is possible to rejoice in the Lord always?

As a young believer, I had no idea of the immeasurable and incredible blessings God heaps upon those who believe in his Son, and no idea of how God uses our suffering and pain to ultimately bless us.

We may have a natural hesitancy to ask people if we can pray with them, share a Bible promise, or give them a piece of literature. More often than not when we feel impressed to share our faith with someone else, it is because the Holy Spirit who has impressed us has already impressed that person to receive our witness.

There’s no such thing as an unanswered prayer. God answers every prayer with “Yes,” “Wait,” or “No.” The last response is always the most difficult one to receive, and can be flat-out heartbreaking. In this message, Pastor Rick Warren teaches us three reasons God says, “No.” You’ll learn how God’s answer is his way of protecting you, helping you grow spiritually, and teaching you his perspective, plan, and purpose for your life. Discover how to trust that God does everything—even saying, “No”—out of goodness and love.

When your family is on the brink of destruction – You shall rise again! When your capital has been depleted, and the vision appears dead, When you feel depressed, despondent, and hopeless due to circumstances beyond your control – You shall rise again!

These words are the greatest hope and promise that God could ever give to us, but all too often, we take the attitude of Martha. She believed in the resurrection but she had not yet come to know THE RESURRECTION. It’s easy to believe in a promise in some distant future but what about right here and now?

There was a direct relationship between their prayers, the infilling of the Holy Spirit, and powerfully proclaiming God’s Word. “The disciples … did not ask for a blessing for themselves merely. They were weighted with the burden of the salvation of souls. They realized that the gospel was to be carried to the world, and they claimed the power that Christ had promised”. — Ellen G. White, The Acts of the Apostles, p. 37.

When we seek God and intercede for others, God works in our own hearts to draw us closer to Him and gives us divine wisdom to reach them for His kingdom (James 1:5). He also works powerfully in their lives in ways we cannot see or even fully understand to draw them to Himself (1 John 5:14-17).

Jesus saw all men and women as winnable for His kingdom. He saw each one through the eyes of divine compassion. He saw Peter not as a rough, loud-mouthed fisherman but as a mighty preacher of the gospel. He saw James and John not as quick-tempered, fiery radicals but as enthusiastic proclaimers of His grace. He saw the deep yearning for genuine love and acceptance in the hearts of Mary Magdalene, the Samaritan woman, and the woman with the issue of blood. He saw Thomas not as a cynical doubter but as one with sincere questions. Whether they were Jew or Gentile, male or female, a thief on the cross, a centurion, or a demon-possessed mad man, Jesus saw their God-given potential and viewed them through salvation’s eyes.

This episode should inspires us to know that there is nothing God cannot do,  if only he is invited to our difficult circumstances.
