Reporter Aoife Moore and comedian Colm O’Regan will each week offer their unique take on the most pressing news stories of the day, taking a not-always-serious look at the major events in Ireland and abroad. 1. "Life's So Complicated"

Aoife keeps us up to date on the trial of Kneecap front man Mo Chara after he appeared in court for terrorism charges and the two workshop possible names should a sequel film be produced to tell this part of the rap group's story - The front runner currently being 'Kneecap 2: The Brits are at it again'

Colm does his best to wrap his head around Middle Eastern geopolitics amid ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. And he wonders if Trump's military parade was actually so bad it was kind of good.

Aoife educates Colm on the many uses of Ketamine, after it was announced that the doctor charged in connection with Friend's star Matthew Perry's overdose is to plead guilty.

And the two consider the Euromillions win of €250 million and whether they would spend it on coffees and rent in Dublin city or drunkenly paying off Go Fund Me campaigns.

They discuss the horrific case of a former Garda who impersonated a female colleague online and encouraged strangers to come into her home to rape her, highlighting the need to talk about incidents like this to help victims know they're not alone.

There's nostalgia galore with the return of both Obama and Blair to news headlines this week. And Aoife and Colm wonder whether Trump is deserving of one of the most prestigious awards of all - A Noble Peace Prize.

Colm manages to sneak in not one but two sports stories, keeping Aoife up to date with the controversy from the All Ireland hurling semi-finals, as well as briefing her on the soccer match between Erzgebirge Aue and Glenavon that finally took place over 60 years after it was first scheduled.

10. "The Bar is Very Low"

Former MMA fighter and potential presidential candidate, Conor McGregor has lost his appeal against a High Court jury's finding that he raped Nikita Hand. Aoife explains the latest legal proceedings and McGregor's plans to reform the current presidential nomination process to get his name on the ballot.

There's drama in the US after Trump fired statistician Erika McEntarfer over a disappointing jobs report. His toddler like behaviour leaves Aoife and Colm solidly within the 74% of people who don't a state visit from the US president. But, should one be requested, Colm has a suite of measures to make the trip as unpleasant as possible without causing any diplomatic fallout.

Prince Harry has denied that he punched his uncle Prince Andrew after a new book claimed there was a physical altercation between the two in 2013. Aoife gives an update on the kidnapping of Mayo woman Gena Heraty in Haiti and explains what Keir Starmer's proposal to recognise Palestinian statehood really means.

And Colm has some much needed good news about the environment.
