Discovering Your Intangible "Something"...
Saison 1 · Épisode 24
vendredi 1 avril 2022 • Durée 45:03
Emotional intelligence is the single most important influencing variable in personal achievement, career success, leadership, and life satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is the “something” in each of us that is a bit intangible. It affects how we manage behavior, navigate social complexities, and make personal decisions that achieve positive results. And Building emotional intelligence in children provides greater opportunity for deeper communication and understanding between parent and child, because you are sharing your thoughts and feelings on a regular basis.
That being said, it is extremely important for us as father to beef up our EQ. Our IQ may not change much after our formative years but your EQ can constantly be worked on and improved over time. So if you cant get smarter then you had better be emotionally savvy.
