Once a year in Germany we have a full weekend of Premodern. During the Universal Premodern Championship in Darmstadt which is the biggest tournament in Germany everybody is looking forward to having a good time. Welcome to Black Border Supremacy, where style points matter almost as much as your win rate (and sometimes more). This episode is all about asthetics! foil vs. non-foil, signed cards, language choices, and of course the eternal debate: black border or white border (and why is one of them clearly wrong?). Is an all-English deck mandatory? Do signatures add value or just emotional damage?
